William Marion Odneal was born 9 August 1860, married Mary Annetta BIRD Dec 14, 1887 in Cass Co., MO. He died 17 February 1932. Mary was born 27 January 1867 and died 30 January 1949. The above photo's are most likely from a wedding photo, submitted by Helen Odneal, wife of Robert George Odneal.
"William Odneal, one of Eastern Bates most prominent residents, passed
away at home at Spruce, Wednesday morning at 7:30 O'clock. For a number
of years he carried the mail from the Spruce Post Office, being retired
several years ago." On Feb. 19 the following information. "Funeral at Presbyterian
Church by Dr. Frank S. Arnold."

Maude was born August 8, 1892 in Vernon Co.,
MO. She died September 16, 1892 and is buried at Radford Cemetery, 8 miles
E. of Butler, MO.

Edna was born November 11,1895 in Spruce, MO. She never married and was a school teacher. Her niece Lois ODNEAL Christianson stated that Edna promised her boyfriend that she would not marry another when he died before they could get married. She died March 25, 1991 in Butler, MO and is burried at Radford Cemetery, East of Butler, MO

Ray was born July 9, 1898 in Spruce, MO. He
married Laura Grace PARKER May 4, 1923. Laura was born Nov. 3, 1897 in
Montrose, MO. Ray was a farmer and Grace an LPN and Homemaker. Ray died
March 20, 1947 in Spruce, MO and Laura Dec. 16, 1990 in Butler. They are
both buried at Radford Cemetery, East of Butler, MO.

Helen was born November 13, 1900 in Spruce, MO. She
married Ross H. Edwards Nov. 28, 1934. Helen was a school teacher and Ross
was a car salesman both in St. Louis. Ross died May 1, 1961 in St Louis,
MO and Helen June 29, 1984 in Butler. They are both buried at Radford Cemetery
East of Butler, MO.
They did not have any children.

Ralph was born June 24, 1904 in Spruce, MO. He married
Grace McAlister BURGER Aug. 5, 1936. Grace was born March 3, 1903 in Harrison,
NY. Ralph was a surveyor and fuel dealer and Grace was a teacher. Ralph
enjoyed gardening for pasttime and Grace tutored for a pasttime. Ralph
died July 23, 1976 in Palmer MA and Grace Oct. 12, 1995 in Wilbraham, MA.
They are both buried at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Palmer, MA.
