Lt. Tate Odeneal was killed Jan 4, 1815 in the War of 1812. His will lists his mother Sarah Odeneal, one brother, and four sisters with no names.

The nuncupative will of Lt. Tate Odeneal 4th, Jan.
1815.
Item 1st. that his whole estate be the property of his, Mother - Sarah
OOdeneal during her natural life.
Item 2nd. then to be equally divided between his four sisters and one
brother.
