The Future!

Hi, well I've been putting up a couple of fan pages so I thought that I may as well put up a page that was about me and my work.
I am currently studying for my Computer science degree at Murdoch University in WA (Australia). I am in my second year.

I intend to pursue a career in computers and enjoy working on them. However, if could I would write. Now as anyone in the habit of writing could tell you it doesn't pay well, in fact it barely does at all. So I plan on writing in my spare time. I have published here a few of my latest stories. I don't really write that often as I find it hard to sit at the computer and write due to family interruptions and other stuff happening. Currently I have two projects under way, both Fantasy fiction.

My Writing

Well, here you go..

Firstly, something I finished at the end of 1997, R'gtorsht's Tale is the beginning of the history of a character in Amber role-playing. This portion, all I have written so far is a story in itself and contains no reference to copyrighted materiel. I actually prefer it as a stand alone fantasy anyways as all details and particulars are completely mine.

There's one or two more recent stories coming soon.

Well that's my future and writing stuff.. now for the juicy goss ;) yeah, right.

I live in Australia, in the state of Western Australia. And no, we don't ride to school on kangaroos, and no we don't make pets of them :) Anyway, I'm 19 and 195 cm's tall which is about 6 foot four inches. I weigh 75 kilos and i get huge amounts of hass about my height. I'm still debating whether or not to break the jaw of the next person to ask if I play basketball ;). Just imagine the situation ...

*sigh* oh well. It doesn't help that the rest of my friends are at least half a head shorter than me.

Hmm what else.. my favourite bands are Hole, Offspring and Metallica.

When I get around to doing the sport thing I play soccer and recently I currently trying to get back to fencing as it is something to do, interesting and I get to beat people up with a sword ;) (oh yeah, and it gets my folks off my back about sport). I used to do Tae Kwon Do which is a Korean martial arts form. I reached the rank below black belt when I quit due to personal reasons. Before I left I was told by my instructor that I would have passed the black belt exam. That was 6 months before I would have been able to even attempt it. At $10 or so per lesson and $100 for the exam that's a bit exorbitant.

Well that'll do for now. Oh yeah, if you happen to have a picture of a winged demon that might be taken for the Hurakan could you please mail it to me we could trade pics or something because I have 20mb of top quality fantasy related ones if you are interested.
