The Show: Music Review by Victoria E. Freile, my comments made in red.
Opening for Blink182, Saturday night were fellow California natives, Fenix TX, a young punk trio who energized the audience with their tunes before cursing at them for not standing during the performance. (Yeah, that's all she wrote about Fenix TX. That's it. The way she made it sound, "cursing at them [the audience] for not standing" is totally all wrong. They were just trying to get the crowd hyped by getting the crowd to stand and dance- hence what an opening act does.)

My Take on The Show:

- I missed the beginning b/c i was trying to buy some stuff so that sucked- since i got back to my seat and realized there was another stand towards the back that practically no one was at.
- It was cool, I knew a lot more of their songs then I expected.
- Creepy factor- from my seats, which weren't that bad, the singer looked like Dave- singer of ZTS.
- They had cool shirts. Watch me sport my new black "I Love FENIX TX" shirt.
- They were a good opening act.

Overall: Fenix TX rated alone- sucky, okay, decent, worth it, fucking kick ass, the best concert.
