-Mike Tenay announced that he is going to meet with the Powers That Be and try to get Jeff Jarrett suspended and/or fined
--Screamin' Norman Smiley defeated The Wall via pinfall
-Berlyn came out and did commentary for the match; he said The Wall apologized, and he accepted; Berlyn got up on the apron and hit the Wall with the Hardcore belt by accident costing him the match
-Showed The Total Package going to the production truck; he made them rewind the tape and replay the announcers giving tonight's line-up; when he heard that the Main Event is him against Sid Vicious, he said he has to try and find a way to get out of it

-Showed Oklahoma and Dr Death talking in the back; Silver King and the Villanos came in, and Silver King challenged Dr Death to a match tonight for the $10,000 check he took from him at the pinata match; an argument ensued, and Oklahoma said he would take them all on in a handicap match
-Kaz Hayashi was interviewed, and Gene asked him how he's been doing his interviews; Hayashi replied with the voice over that we've been hearing for the past month
--Kaz Hayashi defeated The Maestro via Count Out
-David Flair came out with a crowbar, and tried to hit The Maestro, but hit Hayashi; he then chased The Maestro backstage screaming, "Where is she?"
-Showed Lash LeRoux and Disco Inferno arrive at the arena; Big Vito and Johnny the Bull arrived soon after, and went looking for them
-Showed Chavo Guerrero Jr walking through the back selling Amway on his cellphone
-The Total Package tried to leave the arena to get out of his match, but someone had slashed his tires


--Buzzkill defeated Chavo Guerrero Jr via pinfall
-Before the match, Buzzkill told Chavo not to be interested in material things, but Chavo opened his briefcase, and showed him a bunch of tie-dyed shirts and incense, which got him interested; Chavo plugged in a psychodelic lamp, and put some headphones on Buzzkill's head which got him to lay down; Chavo then tried to make the pin; Buzzkill then hit Guerrero with a briefcase and made the pin; after the match, Buzzkill took money from the ref, put it in Chavo's hand, and walked off with the lamp and a tie-dyed shirt

-Chris Benoit was interviewed about wrestling Jushin Thunder Liger tonight
-Showed Lash LeRoux and Disco Inferno in the back putting their names on the door of Meng's dressing room
-Showed Evan Karagias and Madusa in the back; Evan was asking her when he would get his surprise
-Showed highlights from the last 2 weeks of Nitro
-Showed The Total Package in the back calming himself down
-Sid Vicious was interviewed about his Powerbomb match at Starrcade with Kevin Nash; he then talked about his match with The Total Package tonight, and ripped apart a Total Package action figure
-Showed The Total Package in the back calling for a cab
-Showed Big Vito and Johnny the Bull roughing up building staff trying to find out where Disco and Lash LeRoux are; they stuck one guy in the freezer

--Dr Death defeated Villano IV/Villano V/Silver King via the Oklahoma Slam
-Oklahoma said that when his barbeque sauce got poured on his face on Nitro, it cured him, and that he is going to change the name from Oklahoma Barbeque Sauce to Oklahoma Miracle Elixer
-Announced that Dr Death and Oklahoma will wrestle Vampiro and Jerry Only on Nitro
-Vampiro came out during the match and attacked Oklahoma
-Silver King grabbed the check off the table and ran off with during the match
-Showed Big Vito and Johhmy the Bull asking The Total Package where Lash LeRoux and Disco Inferno were; while he was telling them, Silver King left in his cab
-Showed Big Vito and Johnny the Bull standing outside the dressing room marked Disco Inferno/Lash LeRoux; they said they'd wait for them to come out, and then beat them up
--Jushin Thunder Liger defeated Chris Benoit via DQ
-Juventud Guerrera accompanied by Psychosis and La Parka came out to commentate the match; several minutes into the match, La Parka and Psychosis attacked Liger causing the DQ

-Announced that Chris Benoit will wrestle Kevin Nash on Nitro, and will wrestle Scott Hall in a ladder match at Starrcade
-Buff Bagwell was interviewed about wrestling Meng tonight
-Johnny the Bull and Big Vito got impatient and walked into the dressing room; Meng beat them up
-Showed The Total Package in the back on his cellphone pretending to be a doctor telling Terry Taylor that his father was sick and he needs to get to the hospital right away; Taylor leaned his head in the room and said, "Nice try, Package"
--Meng defeated Buff Bagwell via the Tongan Death Grip
-Johnny the Bull and Big Vito came out and attacked both men during the match; Big Vito got put in the Buff Blockbuster when Buff missed Meng; Meng got the win, then put Big Vito in the Tongan Death Grip

-Announced Dustin Rhodes will make his in ring debut on Nitro against Meng
-Mona and Jeff Jarrett were interviewed about wrestling Madusa and Evan Karagias tonight; Mona said she beat Madusa and should be getting the title shot instead of her; Jarrett was very displeased with having to team with Mona tonight; he said he'll be looking for Goldberg and Dustin Rhodes on Nitro

-Showed Big Vito and Johnny the Bull nursing their wounds
--Evan Karagias/Madusa defeated Mona/Jeff Jarrett via pinfall
-After the match, Mona and Jarrett go in a little argument; when Mona turned her back, Jarrett hit her over the head with his guitar

-Showed a video package of Bret Hart from his entrance in WCW through the present
-The Revolution was interviewed about wrestling Disco Inferno and Lash LeRoux tonight
-Showed The Total Package in the back talking to the Powers That Be on his phone, trying to get them to unbook his match with Sid; he asked them what was in it for him, and when he found out he'd get a title shot on Nitro if he wins, he became very happy
-Disco Inferno and Lash LeRoux were interviewed about wrestling the Revolution tonight
--Dean Malenko/Perry Saturn defeated Lash LeRoux/Disco Inferno via the Texas Cloverleaf
-Before the match, the Revolution insulted Disco and LeRoux; Big Vito and Johnny the Bull came out, and they insulted them too, causing them to attack the Revolution; security had to take them away from the ring
-Announced there will be a triangle match on Nitro; Mona vs Madusa vs Evan Karagias: if Mona wins, she gets the title shot at Starrcade, if Madusa wins, she keeps her title shot, and if Karagias wins, neither woman gets a title shot
--The Total Package defeated Sid Vicious via pinfall
-Before the match, the ref found mace tucked in the back of The Package's trunks
-Liz came out during the match and tried to mace The Package; he grabbed the mace from her, and sprayed Sid with it while he was going for the Choke Slam; since he couldn't see, Sid Powerbombed the referee; a new referee ran out, and The Package rolled up Sid for the win
-The Package was celebrating after the match, and when he turned around, Sid Powerbombed him

-Bret Hart came out as guest commentator for the match
