Honey I'm Home

The Ferris donut keeping us afloat
In the lake of fear itself
Nobody can swim.
Watch out for smothering yourself
In floatation vices
And please don't skinny drip
To drain the lake of them.
Who?
That's the satiating depression which
Leads to
Why?
Is the lake just a drop
Behind some higher power's ear?
But the towel can't be time.
What about washing down the lake
With a donut-
Try not to choke! Oh
That's better
Than raisining in the brackish buoy tomorrow
