I am a Registered Dietitian working
for the State of Ohio, Dept. of Education. I monitor schools and their
lunch program throughout assigned counties in the state of Ohio. The
position is quite challenging since students would prefer to eat pizza
and french fries 5 days per week!
My residence is in Green, Ohio with
my office in Columbus. The majority of my position encompasses
traveling to various schools but it works out well because my husband,
Bruce, also travels for his position.
