JAMAICA | The Caribbeans third-largest island, stretches 146 miles east to west and 51 miles north to south, covering nearly 11,000 square kilometers. About 2.5 million English-speaking residents call Jamaica 'home. The tropical island includes 150 miles of beaches and more than 100 rivers. Jamaica has volcanic origins, which provides beautiful mountain views. Its tallest peak, in the Blue Mountains rises to 2,256 meters (7,400 FEET). Temperatures range from an average of 80 degrees F (winter) to 90 F (summer). Trade winds help to cool the Island and reduce humidity. |

DOLPHIN'S COVE | Dolphin Cove is one of Ocho Rios's newest attractions where you can swim with the dolfins. If you are not inclined to swim with them, then a nice luncheon while enjoying the dolphin show is a great way to spend the afternoon. MARTHA BRAE RIVER RAFTING |

BOAT TOURS | It is very pleasant to take a small boat and cruise along the Ocho Rios coastline. You will see many lovely villas and scenery that cannot be seen from the road. |

BLUE MOUNTAIN TOUR | This tour takes you to where the World Famous BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE is grown. Spectacular views and fresh mountain air are abundant. Bike tours of the Blue Mountain are also offered. |
