SIN E' ep ... "It's like a love letter to that place. I love Sin - e'. I did like five and a half hours worth of material. It was just like a learning ground for me for some very specific things that I wanted to get in touch with. I didn't even mean to be signed. It's a preview of things to come, that's just a phase in my life."

TIM BUCKLEY(Jeff's father)... "Robert Plant and Jimmy Page have much more influence on me than he ever did. That was the first voice I really fell in love with. Young Robert Plant back when he sounded like Janis(Joplin)."

* Jeff didn't own a tv but recounted every episode of Beavis and Butthead.

"Actually, everybody, stay away from the television. Just get a book. Turn on the radio."

* ' El Viejito' - was the nickname given to Jeff by his grandmother.Meaning -'the little ancient one'.

* Instead of buying blank tapes Jeff preferred to buy used tapes by other artists on the street and record over them.

*At Sin e' Jeff also helped wash the dishes

*He lived in East Village(NY)

*In Memphis his 4 track recorder (sat on a milk crate).He also hand sanded the floor boards.
