Say what you want about
the band, but they really know how to work a crowd. Especially if the crowd
is comprised of teenage girls. At the pictured show in Summer 97 at the
Middle East, lead vocalist Mark McGrath was approached by a young girl
who said she was 16. Mark than asked her what 16 plus 2 was. When she replied
18, he told her he'd meet her on the bus after the show. Is that punk rock
or what?
