Update from Steve Bentley

His name was actually Robert Goodman, he was from Pennsylvania. He was
coming in from working road construction at Chu Chi and was running in sixth
gear high. He passed a tank crew and shaved it too close, running over a
tankman's foot. He jerked around in his seat to see what he'd done and the
grader flipped. The seat cut him in half. I didn't witness the accident per
se, however, I was at Chu Chi and their when they brought the wreck in. He
was a very good man, a friend, and had a great sense of humor. He and I had
just got done extending our tours at the time of his death. Steve Bentley,
