3-4 lb lean ground beef
3 lg green peppers (chopped)
3 lg onions (chopped)
5 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes
4 19 oz cans red kidney beans
6-10 cloves garlic (pressed)
8 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp olive oil
hot sauce, salt, & sugar to taste

Sautee the onions & peppers in the
oil until softened.
Add the ground beef and continue
cooking until the beef is no longer
pink.
Add everything but the beans, hot
sauce, salt & sugar and simmer
covered for 30 min.
Add the beans and simmer 15 more
min.
Make final adjustments to taste with
the hot sauce, salt & sugar.
