Clairaudience (clear hearing)
I am ables to hear sounds, including voices, that come from the spirits. Mostly, I hear my own voice-my mind's voice-rather than the voice of the person whose spirit is coming through, though I have on occasion heard messages from a male, female, or even my mother's voice. Imagine that while you are reading thisyou are also thinking about wheter or not you left the oven on. That's your mind's voice. That's how spirit messages sound to me.
This allows spirits to show me objects, symbols, and scenes. Sometimes these are meant literally, as in the image of a car to convey to me that the spirit passed in a car accident. Other times the image is more symbolic. That same car might be shown to me as a symbol of something else. For example, a spirit might show me a Ford to get me to say that name. And to use the example above about thinking about whether you turned the oven off, your mind might show you the oven. Thats how I see these images. Clairvoyanc is also how spirits show me what they looked like while in the physical body, either by showing me themselves or someone I can identify who fits the same description.
This is feeling or sensing a spirit's message. This can take a variety of forms. It's how spirits convey emotions they felt or are feeling, as well as physical feelings to show me what they were feeling prior to death and after. This sometimes includes"sympathetic pain," where I "feel" what parts of their physical bodies were the focus of whatever problems they had. Through clairsentience I have felt chest pains, stomack pains, joint pains. In other cases I have felt emotions ranging from love to sorrow.
I get smells and tastes that helps me convey validating messages. Clairalience is sometimes referrd to by mediums as "smelling them," whether it be a perfume, a cigar, or some other scent closely associated with the person now in spirit.
