Why on Earth you would want to know I have no idea, but here's everything you could ever possibly want to know about me... and lots of other stuff. As always, pictures = links.
So who am I, anyway? Well, I'm Bradley Gerber, also known to those on Prodigy and ICQ as "John Spartan". I'm 19, born and raised in Bal Harbour, Florida (home of "the ADM condo") which is outside of Miami Beach, but now I live in Tallahassee.
I'm a sophomore at and I'm planning a double major in political science and communications. I've been interested in politics ever since I read George Orwell's classics, 1984 and Animal Farm, and since then I've tried to get involved in politics as many different ways as possible.
While I'll resist the temptation to tell you my entire life story, from DNA to the present moment, I will tell ya some of the more interesting parts. In 1995, I worked for , the summer after they won the Stanley Cup. I've also worked in Senator Connie Mack's (R-FL) office, and on a winning campaign for the mayor of Miami Beach, Neisen Kasdin. I worked for some time at the FSView- the second largest newspaper in Tallahassee after the poor excuse for a Knight-Ridder, Tallahassee Democrap.
I have an older brother and an older sister. Bro lives in NYC, he's gonna be 27 in October, and he does Wall Street bond trading advising big money type stuff. Basically I think they just sit around and talk about the movie Trading Places. Sis lives in South Miami, and she's about to be a MOM!! Sometime in late March I will be an uncle (see, that's how it works ).
If you still want some more inforama on me, I'll send you a copy of my resume ;-) Politically, I'm a registered , but I have fairly strong libertarian tendencies. I'm the secretary of FSU's College Republicans and on the board of directors of the Institute for Conservative Studies. (I am the public relations director… or press coordinator, depending on what kind of mood I'm in).
I'll tell you right off the bat, a good way to get on my bad side is to insult me or discriminate against me, and a good way to get on my good side is to be a beautiful or otherwise captivating woman. ;-)
Alright, so there's the scoop. Let me know what you think! Anything you have left that you could possibly want to ask me (there's stuff left??), please drop me a note!
