Easy Breezy Cobbler

Choose your favorite fruit like Peaches or Black berries. Buy a can or bag of frozen and empty into a large bowl and sweeten to taste ( Ilike it real sweet, so I use about a cup of sugar )then let that set while you mix a box of white or yellow cake mix with one stick of melted margarine ( 2 sticks if you want it rich )just stir until well mixed. Then pour your fruit into a 9 x 9 glass pan and 'dab' or pour the cake mix over top of the fruit. Bake at 350 for half an hour then check, bake until brown, remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes before seving.

Sweet Tater Cream Pie

2 C. Mashed/Cooked sweet potatoes 1 can Sweet condensed milk 2 Eggs ½ t. Salt 2 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 9 inch Pie shell

Whipped Cream and Pecans

Peel, cut, and cook potatoes to be mashed. Mash 'em up good now. Mix potatoes, condensed milk, eggs, salt and spices. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees F.for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.and finish baking 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted into middle comes out clean. Let Cool Garnish with whipped cream and pecans and serve MMMM mmmm Good !!! Oh ! Oh ! and for later..... Hand out some good old fashioned

Sweet Tater Candy

1 Medium Sweet Potato 1 lb Confectioners Sugar 1 t. Vanilla Peel, cut and boil potato until it can be mashed. Mash and drain. Stir in confectioners sugar, Vanilla and shape into ball or pat into square pan and sprikle confectioners sugar.
