Arlowa Vorm
March 1,1926 - December 5, 2003 



        Arlowa nurtured the town park from its very beginning in
early 1970's until her untimely death in 2003.  She was a charter
member of the original North Judson Park Committee and served for
more than 30 years on the Fun Day at the Park Committee and the Park
Beautification Committee.  Arlowa was the heart and soul of those
committees, aptly named for the Fun and Beauty which she brought
to our Park.  Nearly every tree and flower planted in the park since
its inception came by her effort.  While we will miss her terribly,
her legacy will live on for future generations to enjoy.

        For eighteen years, Buster Reading meticulously cared for our
town park in North Judson.  He was a good friend with a heart of gold 
who cared deeply for his family, friends and strangers, the park and 
all creation.  Buster passed away on July 9, 1997. For those of us 
privileged to know and work with him, his influence will stay with us
forever. Though the park will never be the same, we will try to carry
on the way Buster would have done, always mindful of the loving care 
he put into every task.
