Boot: Not an acronym, but an abreviation for 'bootleg'
B/W: Well, this one's an enigma. I've heard several accounts, but I believe the correct one is "Backed With." (IE: Love Buzz b/w Big Cheese = Love Buzz backed with Big Cheese as the b-side); used with singles.
CAYA: Come As You Are. This can refer to either the song or the book, "Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana" by Michael Azerrad. It is one of the most reliable sources of Nirvana information available, and is highly recommended to buy/borrow/steal/whatever and read.

ICQ: This is actually a pun (yeah! Puns rule, dude!). It is a play on words for the phrase "I Seek You"... cool or what? Anyway, it is a chat program which allows you to chat in "real time" and has other features such as letting you know if a person on your contact list is online or not and paging. If you have ICQ, submit your name to be included on the AMN ICQ page.

SIC: Not really an acronym. It's latin. Here's what it means, according to my good friend, Merriam-Webster: "Intentionally so written (used after a printed word or phrase)." Here's an example. If a magazine article said, "Kurt Cobain's body was found on April 11, 1994 by his butler." You would write "Kurt Cobain's body was found on April 11, 1994 by his butler [sic]." to show everyone that it was the magazine's mistake, not yours.
