PA GOVT THUGS ONCE AGAIN ATTACK JVP SUPPORTERS

The PA govt backed thugs have assaulted JVPers once again. On the 14^th of July, when the party activists were pasting propaganda posters they were assaulted. They were pasting posters for the protest campaign to be held on the following day. The posters were on the Protest against Executive Presidency. President Chandrika Kumaratunga gave a pledge that she would abolish the executive presidential system before the 15^th of July 1995. But its now 4 years and the broken promise is not considered in the least fare manner.

Incident 01.

Kelum Amarasinghe, Lalith Kumara, Kuruwitage Sanjeewa, Nimal Subasinghe were assaulted at Obesekarapura, Rajagiriya.

Victims have treated at Colombo General Hospital

Incident 02.

Prasanna Ranasinghe, Ajith Priyantha, Narayana Sukumaran, Athula priyantha were assaulted at Armour Street, Colombo North.

The thugs have come by the vehicles: 32-6231, 310187Pajeroes, 31-2542 Jeep

The victims have been treated at Accident Wards of Colombo General Hospital.

Incident 03.

JVP supporters were threatened that they would be abducted and killed, by some persons who are supposed to be in the armed forces.
