Services for William A. King, 99, a past deputy chief of the Concord fire department, were held yesterday at the Universalist Church, Reverend Philip R. Giles officiating. Miss Edna Bean was the organist. Delegations were present from the fire department; Sons and Daughters of Liberty; Rumford lodge, I. O. O. F., of which Mr. King had been a past noble grand; and from the Order of United American Men. Bearers were Chief Clarence H. Green of the fire department; Deputy Chiefs Henry E. Drew and Duncan Murdoch; Captain Matthew J. Gorman. |
