WELL HERE I GO!! THIS IS MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT BUILDING MY HOME PAGE. MY WEB TV WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM MY SON MICHAEL,AND SINCE RECEIVING IT I THINK I HAVE BECOME ADDICTED!! AND AS FOR MICHAEL, I THINK HE MAY BE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS!!! HE NEVER GETS TO USE THE TELEPHONE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOHN D. AND BUTCH FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND ENCOURAGEMENT. THANKS ONCE AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.

MY FAMILY

I have four adult children, Patrick, Michael, Danny, and Krissy. My boys are sport fanatics, they love their sports. Pat and Mike coach college football,both are avid weight lifters, play floor hockey,and flag football. Danny is my baseball player, and Krissy and I are their cheerleaders.I hope to do a page for each of them. I have started with Danny, please check out his page.

WE OWN A"PET PARROT". SHE IS A "RED LORY"HER NAME IS ROSIE. SHE IS TWO YEARS OLD, VERY SMART AND A CONSTANT FORM OF AMUSEMENT FOR US. SHE'S QUITE TALKATIVE. WHEN THE PHONE RINGS SHE SAYS "HELLO, HOW ARE YOU". THEY ARE VERY PLAYFUL BIRDS,AND HER COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. SHE IS A BRUSHED-TONGUED PARROT. AND HER DIET CONSISTS OF NECTAR AND FRUIT. WE WERE NOT SURE OF HER SEX, BUT A SHORT TIME AGO SHE PRESENTED US WITH TWO EGGS, SO NOW WE KNOW SHE IS DEFINITELY A ROSIE. HERE IS A PICTURE OF ROSIE AND BUTCH BIRD WATCHING,AT CAMP.

"Loons "

The Common Loon are a heavy,long bodied water bird,they are known for there call."The call of the Loon" They are expert divers,they can dive to a depth of over 200 feet, and there red eyes can focus underwater as well as above. There principal food is fish, but they also eat shellfish, frogs. and insects. There feet are located far back on the body, which aid in there diving. I am privileged to have had,a visit from a loon on my pond at our camp in New Hampshire, every summer.
