So? You wanna know behind the scenes info about the author of The Unforgiven, and Things Aren't Always What They Seem? Well, you've come to the right place. Here you will find out what the characters mean, and what they mean to me.
The Unforgiven
Taryn Whinetta: based on no one I know. She's a figment of my imagination. Taryn is very emotional and tends to react strongly to things that deal with her past and her way of life.
Katya Colling: somewhat based on my mom. I just used my name for the first name cause I wanted to. In the story, Katya is nice, but strict, and a little unreasonable. Has a hard time expressing opinions, but when she does, there's always some one to dissagree.
William(Mike) Colling: based on a boy I used to like in 6th grade. I used to think we would get married. But alas, he turned out to be a total jerk. But in the story, he's nice, funny, sometimes unsure, and considerate.
Kaylen Colling: Based on me when I was ten. I wasn't that good at art when I was ten though. She's nice, a little immature, and doesn't mind being adopted. There's not much to say...
Richard(Ricky) Colling: I know this may seem weird, but little Ricky is based on the three cutest little girls I have ever known in my ENTIRE life. There's Amanda, who's two, whenever I asked her "How are you?" she would say "Two". She's very nice and sweet. There's Sarah, who is probably the cutest three year old. She is very neat(as in organized) and she insists on doing thing her way. And last, there's Rebecca, whom I've known since she was three days old. She's one of my best friends believe it or not. She asks a lot of questions, sometimes too many. And she's very considerate.
Brian Bretthauer: Based on one of my brother's friends. My brother's friend is very tall and muscualr, but he has an attitude completely different from Brian's. I just needed a villian in this story.
Cora(no last name avaliable): Based on me sorta. I love art(and I love to draw stupid cartoons of people) I have long dark blond hair, which of course, is very stringy. I tend to be a little negative, and I have opinions about people who annoy me. Which of course is the same as Cora.
Vince Hill: Not based on anyone. He's nice, but he knows how to take advantage of people. He's pretty much a player.
Sheila Smith: The shrink. Not based on anyone. She's nice, cheerful, pretty understanding.
Overall, The Unforgiven is a mix of Face on the Milk Carton, Daria, scary movies, romance movies, and party movies.
Things Aren't Always What They Seem Katya: No questions asked. She's based on me, but she is a little over emotional.
Sam: based on my brother. No more questions asked.
Jewel: my imaginary kid sister. She's serious a lot. I don't think I've used her character enough in the story.
Katrina---somewhat based on my real second cousin. She's not really a snob(but she sorta dresses like one), she's younger than me, but she's actually a pretty nice person.
Note: I name all of the chapters after songs.
Overall, I think I really need to update this story but it's almost like a cheap soap opera.
