Chapter 57
He quickly tapped his fingers against the table trying his best to quail the nervousness that course through him. Why now did he want to meet him? True things had not been going according to plan but he was doing the all that he could. Jumping at the soft knock on the door he slowly made his way towards the door praying silently that this time did not turn out the way their last meeting had. Slowly opening the door staring into his smirking eyes he fought the urge to slam the door in his face regardless to the consequence.
Kamar- [angrily] It took you long enough…
Man- I‘ve been waiting here for other thirty minutes waiting for you and…
Kamar- [shaking his head] Ok whatever… what have you got for me?
Man- I…
Kamar- The last thing I want to hear is excuses… What do you have?
Man- I’m trying and…
Kamar- [shaking his head] This is unacceptable…
Man- Look Kamar everything I’ve tried has come up empty…
Kamar- Then I guess I’m gonna have to come up with something else…
Man- The last time you came up with something I ended up with my head bashed in…
Kamar- [smirking] It got you in the cottage didn’t it?
Man- Yeah but my daughter…
Kamar- Look Gerald… I don’t have time for your excuses or attack of conscious… either you have something for me or you don’t. And if you both then we both have a problem.
Gerald- Kamar I’m doing all that I can. Gia is still learning to trust me again.
Kamar- And I should care because?
Gerald- I don’t want to do anything to destroy what we have…
Kamar- [shaking his head] That’s really not my problem…
Gerald- Kamar if you can give me some time I…
Kamar- I can’t…
Gerald- I don’t even know what you want. If I knew then I would know what to ask and…
Kamar- Get me some information on Corinthos that I can use…
Gerald- How?
Kamar- [shrugging] Gia’s his sister… my suggestion would be to ask her.
Gerald- But she doesn’t talk to me about him besides…
Kamar- Make her…
Gerald- Gia hasn’t been home the last few days…
Kamar- [angrily] Where is she?
Gerald- I don’t know… she left for work and I haven’t seen her since…
Kamar- Find out where she’s at…
Gerald- I don’t feel right about spying on my own daughter…
Kamar- Well would you fell better if you were behind bars like you’re supposed to be?
Gerald- [softly] Kamar…
Kamar- Did you really think I wouldn’t find out?
Gerald- How…
Kamar- Don’t worry about how… if you don’t get me what I need prison will be a lot closer than you think.
Gerald- [slowly shaking his head] I wouldn’t last…
Kamar- That’s not my problem… get me what I asked for…
Gerald- [slowly nodding] Fine…
Kamar- [smiling] Thought you’d see it my way. I want something by the end of next week. Is that understood?
Gerald- [softly] Yes…
Kamar- I’d hate for another Cortland Street incident to occur or…
Gerald- I’ll get you what you want…
Kamar- [checking his watch as he left] You better…
Watching as Kamar left Gerald sat back slowly shaking his head. How had things gotten this out of control. Kamar had come to him promising to help him with some gambling debts that had gotten out of control in exchange for a little bit of information about his step-daughter. And now here he was spying on her taking advantage of her worse that a stranger would. Shaking his head Gerald looked around his sparse apartment touching lovingly various photos of his children before living for the cottage. Staring out of the huge bay window of the cottage Gerald sighed hoping that Gia would both return home soon and stay far away from him, Kamar, and anyone else who would bring her harm soon.
Slowly pacing the length of his floor Sonny watched his door waiting for Jason to return. Having not seen much of Jason after finally finding Gia Sonny wondered what was going through his friend’s head. They had many things to discuss and still Jason had not been in contact with him. Checking his watch once again Sonny quickly fixed himself a drink seating on the couch contemplating what necessary steps he would have to take to ensure Gia remained unhurt in all that was going on. Quickly downing his drink Sonny rose to fix himself another when a soft knock sounded at his door. Knowing instantly it was Jason Sonny quickly opened the door ushering him in. Staring intently at Jason Sonny momentarily forgot about the drink and quickly began to question him.
Sonny- Where have you been?
Jason- [softly] Taking care of some business…
Sonny- What kind of business?
Jason- [shaking his head] Don’t worry about it… it’s been handled.
Sonny- Does it have anything to do with Gia?
Jason- [slowly shaking his head] No…
Sonny- Have you found Jake?
Jason- No… there’s no trace of him…
Sonny- He didn’t just disappear…
Jason- No one has seen or heard from him since before the day Kamar… [his voice hardening] Kamar and Gia were at the hospital and…
Sonny- He should be dead…
Jason- Then do it… show him that he can’t do what he did and get away with it…
Sonny- I promised Gia…
Jason- She’s your sister… he should have never put his hands on her.
Sonny- [yelling] Don’t you think I know that. I want the bastard dead…
Jason- Then let me take care of him…
Sonny- Jason I can’t…
Jason- [softly] She shouldn’t be over there…
Sonny- [looking up at him] What?
Jason- I don’t like her with him…
Sonny- You don’t like or you don’t want?
Jason- Both…
Sonny- Give me a reason to go and get her from him and I will. Until then I can’t…
Jason- I don’t like him…
Sonny- [shaking his head] I don’t know enough about him to care.
Jason- Then why did you let her stay with him?
Sonny- [his hands on his hips] Because I didn’t have a choice…
Jason- You have one now…
Sonny- You have something on him I could use to get her to leave him?
Jason- [softly] No…
Sonny- Then there’s nothing I can do…
Jason- There’s something about Cassadine that I can’t put my finger on but when I find out what it is…
Sonny- I’ll be right beside you getting her away from him but until then my hands are tied…
Jason- Sonny…
Sonny- [fanning his hands] Enough… what about Maxwell and Campbell?
Jason- [softly] I have some information…
Sonny- What is it? You started to tell me before everything went down. What are they hiding?
Jason- [reaching into his inside jacket pocket] Maybe you should read it for yourself…
Sonny- [pouring himself another drink] Just tell me…
Jason- Kamar Maxwell is not his name… his real name is Kevin Martin…
Sonny- [softly as he walked towards his huge window] Kevin Martin?
Jason- He’s from a small city in upper Michigan… small time juvenile offender…
Sonny- Doing what?
Jason- Armed robbery… robbing the wrong person got him noticed…
Sonny- By who?
Jason- I don’t know but from the looks of it everything he’s definitely not on the up and up.
Sonny- [turning towards him] What do you mean?
Jason- Like his name everything else has been made up. Other than his time spent in Port Charles there is no other trace of Kamar Maxwell.
Sonny- Why is he in Port Charles then and what is his connection to Gerald Campbell?
Jason- That’s where it gets complicated. There is no information directly linking them together but where there’s Gerald Campbell Maxwell is not far behind.
Sonny- How?
Jason- Campbell owed a lot of money to some of our associates and it seems Maxwell collected his marker.
Sonny- Why?
Jason- I don’t know…
Sonny- I don’t want either of them around Gia… something’s not adding up and until we figure out why she’s not safe.
Jason- I agree…
Sonny- Did you find out anything about Cortland Street?
Jason- Yeah… I put your name out and dangled a little money and I found out that Gerald had been seen on Cortland Street before then.
Sonny- Doing what?
Jason- Meeting with someone at a hotel room he had reserved under Fred Wiggins.
Sonny- Fred Wiggins… find out everything you can about him…
Jason- I’m on it now…
Sonny- Have you told any of this to Gia?
Jason- No…
Sonny- [turning back towards the window] Don’t tell her anything until you know everything about Gerald…
Jason- [slowly nodding] How did you know?
Sonny- [a soft smile playing across his lips] I know my sister…
Jason- Sonny…
Sonny- [shaking his head] I don’t understand what’s going between the two of you but I understand her need for knowing…
Jason- [nodding] When I find out something…
Sonny- [softly] You’re not keeping something from me are you?
Jason- [hesitating] No…
Sonny- Whatever you find out about Maxwell… [shaking his head] Martin I want to know…
Jason- I know…
Sonny- Go and find out what else he is hiding… [after a moments silence] and find Jake…
With a slow nod Jason turned leaving Sonny and his thoughts. Still staring from the window Sonny sensed Jason was holding something back from him and he wondered if and when he found out what it was would he be able to handle it. Turning to go to his room Sonny noticed the envelope left by Jason on his table and he quickly made his way to it ready to read all that was found. Sitting on his couch as Sonny slowly read the files found on Kamar Maxwell his anger and fear for Gia began to grow.
Kamar checked his watch for the third time wondering if he would show. He knew he was playing with fire but he needed him if he truly wanted to bring Corinthos and his kind to his knees. Everything had to go according to plan or everything that he worked hard to gain and do would go up in smoke. Looking at his watch once again he froze as a soft knock sounded on the door. Taking a deep breath Kamar slowly walked to the door opening it for him. Ushering him into the dark hotel room Kamar turned to him speaking quickly.
Kamar- Well?
Man- Everything is in place…
Kamar- What is that supposed to mean?
Man- It means you have nothing to worry about…
Kamar- Unless it doesn’t go how we want it…
Man- It will…
Kamar- We have more than just Corinthos to worry about…
Man- Corinthos does not concern or scare me…
Kamar- But…
Man- You wanted this done… I’m doing it…
Kamar- Everything has to go exactly as I said…
Man- It’s as good as done…
Kamar- We can’t have any mishaps…
Man- Corinthos or the Campbell girl won’t see it coming…
Kamar- [a slow smile covering his face as he tossed him an envelope of money] Good…
Man- [patting the envelope] Yeah good…
With no other words spoken both turned to leave. With a smile still on his face Kamar made his way towards General Hospital knowing that for once everything was going as he wanted it.
Chapter 58
His tongue flickering across her skin Nikolas left a wet trail as he slowly moved down her body. Capturing a breast within his hands Nikolas gently caressed her mound as his mouth and tongue continued their descent. Opening her legs wider Nikolas buried his mouth in the valley of her. Pushing her steadily towards her release as he nipped at her his tongue and able fingers done her in as euphoria and ecstasy washed over her. Positioning himself between her legs Nikolas took her mouth in a hungry kiss as he slowly eased into her. Placing her hands behind his head Gia locked their mouths as one as their tongues slowly dueled. His hand braced on her hip Nikolas slowly moved in and out of her as their moans combined. Wrapping her legs around his waist keeping him embedded deeply within Gia moved with Nikolas matching him thrust for thrust. Moving together as one they both cried out as sensation after sensation rushed to them. Clapsing on her Nikolas buried his face in the crook of her neck lightly kissing her neck and along the length of her shoulder blade. Their breathing slowly returning to normal Nikolas wrapped his arms tightly around her before moving to the side of her. Holding her close to him Nikolas again kissed her shoulder smiling as Gia gently caressed his face. Whispering softly to him Gia watched as his smile slowly fell from his face.
Gia- [whispering]I can’t stay here…
Nikolas- [softly] Stay…
Gia- Nikolas I have been holed up in here for the last week or so. I have to leave…
Nikolas- [gently caressing her face] No…
Gia- I can’t hide from my life…
Nikolas- Gia…
Gia- I know you want to help me but…
Nikolas- [softly] I promised you that I wouldn’t leave you.
Gia- I know and…
Nikolas- Will you do the same for me?
Gia- [softly] Nikolas…
Nikolas- I know I can’t make you stay but…
Gia- What?
Nikolas- When you finish with whatever you have to do will you come back to me?
Gia- [softly] If that’s what you want…
Nikolas- No… [slowly shaking his head] it’s what I need…
Gia- [gently caressing his cheek] Thank you…
Nikolas- Where… where are you going?
Gia- I have to go to the hospital to see if I have any type of job left. When everything with Kamar went down I just left. So I have to see what will come of that. And then I have to go to my cottage.
Nikolas- [softly] I see…
Gia- My stepfather is there and I have to… I want to make sure he’s ok…
Nikolas- [nodding] I understand…
Gia- Besides I have to get some personal things…
Nikolas- Such as?
Gia- Well I need some clothes and…
Nikolas- [softly smiling] For what?
Gia- I can’t walk around here with only your shirt on…
Nikolas- Why not?
Gia- [smiling as she softly spoke] Nikolas…
Nikolas- Would you like for me to come with you?
Gia- You don’t have to…
Nikolas- Are you positive?
Gia- [shaking her head] No… but I have to do this on my own…
Nikolas- [nodding] I understand…
Gia- [sighing] What are you going to do today?
Nikolas- [softly] Stay here and wait for you…
Gia- Nik…
Nikolas- [whispering] Promise me you’ll come back…
Gia- [softly] I promise…
With a slow nod Nikolas rose from the bed ready to help Gia get dressed. Gazing up at his naked form Gia lightly bit her bottom lip before placing her hand in his. Helping her from the bed Nikolas gazed back at Gia’s naked splendor appreciating all that he saw. Lowering his head Nikolas took a rigid nub into his mouth suckling hungrily on her skin. Her arms wrapping around him Nikolas reluctantly moved away from Gia staring down into her flushed face. Gently cradling her face in his hands Nikolas joined their mouths as one tenderly kissing her. Their kiss deepening Nikolas again pulled away from Gia softly smiling as he ran his thumb across her swollen lips. A million thoughts and emotions coursing through him Nikolas leaned in gently kissing her again before leading her into the bathroom. Standing beneath the warm shower water with her in his arms Nikolas slowly washed Gia, and she returning the favor, before passion and longing again took over. Pressed up against the wet shower wall Nikolas and Gia slowly loved before exiting the shower. Stepping into her freshly laundered clothing Gia quickly knotted one of Nikolas’ shirts at her waist before pressing a quick kiss on his lips. Turning to leave Gia was surprised as Nikolas rushed to her at the elevator again taking her in his arms. Placing a tender kiss on her lips Nikolas held her close to him not ready to let go. Sighing as he finally released his hold on her Nikolas looked down at Gia as he softly whispered to her.
Nikolas- [whispering] Come back to me…
Gia- [gently caressing his face] I will…
Before another word was spoken the elevators opened to Gia. Stepping inside Gia gently touched her lips as she stared back at Nikolas as the door slowly closed.
With unsteady legs Gia slowly made her way into the hospital trying best to brace herself for all that she would face. Having walked out on her shift without so much as a call or word damaged her and Gia was unsure if she was ready to explain her reasons why. Having decided to keep the incident between she and Kamar private Gia tried to come up with a logical excuse she could give that would be acceptable to all that questioned her. Early for her meeting with Dr. Quartermaine Gia went in search of Dr. Lewis knowing he would tell her all that was being said about her and her situation. A quick scan of the nurses’ station and the cafeteria Gia slowly made her way to the doctor’s lounge hoping against hope that she wouldn’t have to step foot into the lounge. Still not finding him in the ER Gia slowly made her way towards the lounge pushing down the emotions that were rushing to her. Nearing the door Gia jumped as it suddenly opened and Dr. Lewis slowly exited with a coffee cup in hand.
Gia- [softly] Watch it now… you wouldn’t want me to be admitted for third degree burns from hot coffee would you?
Dr. Lewis- Oh my God Gia… [quickly hugging her] where have you been?
Gia- [slowly shaking her head] Long story…
Dr. Lewis- Barbara and I were about to send out a search party…
Gia- [softly smiling] Tell your wife I’m ok…
Dr. Lewis- What happened? One second you were here and the next…
Gia- You know one of those things… everything just seemed to rush at me at one time and I couldn’t handle it…
Dr. Lewis- So you just up and leave?
Gia- [softly] Yeah…
Dr. Lewis- That doesn’t sound like you Gia…
Gia- I know but…
Dr. Lewis- [quickly hugging her again] I’m glad you’re back… GH just isn’t the same without your pretty face.
Gia- Well I don’t know if I’m back or not…
Dr. Lewis- What do you mean?
Gia- I have a meeting with Dr. Quartermaine and then…
Dr. Lewis- [softly] Oh…
Gia- What are my chances? I mean…
Dr. Lewis- [gently taking her by the arm] Come on let’s go talk in here…
Leading her into the doctor’s lounge Dr. Lewis noticed as Gia quickly stiffened as they entered the room. Seeing the strickened expression on her face Dr. Lewis softly spoke to her not understanding her reaction.
Dr. Lewis- [softly] Is something wrong?
Gia- [shaking her head] I… I umm…
Dr. Lewis- Gia what is it?
Gia- I can’t stay… I can’t…
Before he could question her more a nurse rushed into the lounge telling Dr. Lewis of his patient that was code bluing.
Dr. Lewis- Gia I’m sorry…
Gia- [shaking her head] Go… take care of your patient… I’ll be here…
With a quick nod Dr. Lewis rushed from the lounge going to aid his patient. Left in the lounge alone scenes and images from that day flashed through her mind. Her back to the door she slowly wrapped her arms around herself trying best to block them out Gia did not hear as the door slowly opened and Kamar entered the lounge. Seeing her before him a slow smile came to his face as he stalked up behind her. Trailing a finger slowly down her spine Kamar whispered softly beside her ear.
Kamar- [whispering] Look who decided to show up…
Gia- [quickly moving away from him] What are you doing here?
Kamar- I work here…
Gia- [shaking her head] I…
Kamar- [smiling] I missed you…
Gia- I can’t stay here…
Kamar- Don’t leave on my account…
Gia- [shaking her head as she spoke softly] I can’t do this…
Rushing past him Gia softly cried out as he placed a restraining hand on her arm.
Kamar- Where are you going?
Gia- [softly] Take your hands off of me…
Kamar- [softly smiling] Come on… it’s not like that is it?
Gia- Let me go…
Kamar- I thought we were friends… besides… [slowly trailing a finger up her arm] I sorta wanted to finish what we started the last time…
Anger suddenly shooting through her temporarily replacing her fear Gia jerked her arm away from him as she reached back and slapped him hard across the face.
Gia- [angrily] Don’t you ever touch me again…
Kamar- Come on baby…
Gia- I am not your baby… and if you ever so much as touch me again…
Kamar- You’ll what? [a sadistic smile covering his face] you’ll fight harder the next time?
Gia- [shaking her head] There won’t be a next time…
Kamar- Yeah… [slowly licking her lips] yeah there will…
Gia- [shaking her head] No…
Kamar- [grabbing her again by the arms] Nothing you do or nothing you say will keep from getting exactly what I want…
Gia- [jerking away from him] Don’t ever come near me again and don’t ever put your hands on me…
Kamar- [stalking up behind her] I can and I will…
Gia- [turning towards him] What?
Kamar- [backing her up against the wall] I saw how you responded to me… I saw how your body came alive when I touched you…
Gia- [shaking her head] You don’t know what the hell you’re talking about…
Kamar- [running his finger over her exposed skin] I know I do something to you…
Gia- Get away from me…
Kamar- It might not be today… [locking his arms on either side of her] or it might not be tomorrow [leaning in quickly licking her neck] but it will happen… and nothing you or anyone else can will stop me…
Gia- [attempting to push him off of her] Get the hell off of me…
Kamar- [smiling] Don’t pretend you don’t like it…
Gia- [pushing at him still] I…
Kyan- [entering the lounge] What’s going on in here?
Gia- [turning desperate eyes towards her] Please…
Kyan- Kamar what…
Kamar- [shaking his head] This doesn’t concern you… leave!
Kyan- [softly] Take your hands off of her…
Kamar- [yelling] I said to leave!
Kyan- [shaking her head] No…
Kamar- Kyan I don’t have time…
While distracted Gia quickly pushed at Kamar getting him off of her. Throwing a punch quickly in his direction Gia landed flush on his jaw drawing a slow trickle of blood from his mouth.
Gia- [angrily] Don’t ever put your hands on me again!
Without another glance Gia rushed to the door leaving no longer caring about her reasons for being at the hospital or her meeting with Dr. Quartermaine. Finally making it to her car Gia slumped behind the wheel of Nikolas’ car as all the feeling from the previous time rushed to her. Wiping quickly at her tears as they slowly began to fall Gia started her car headed back to the penthouse knowing Nikolas was there waiting and ready to take care of her.
As Kamar slowly wiped at the blood that trickled from his mouth he turned angry eyes at Kyan ready to lay into her for interrupting he and Gia’s moment. But before he had a chance to say a single word Kyan slowly shook her head as she turned and walked away from him. Laughing slightly at all that just went down Kamar flopped on the nearby couch smiling knowing all that would soon come.
Laying back on the couch waiting for Gia to return a tender smile played across his mouth as thoughts of her came to him. The feel of her in his arms, the warmth of her smile as she looked at him, the tender touch of her lips as she touched hers to his… Nikolas shook his head knowing he would or could never tire of these things. But more importantly knowing that she turned to him and trusted him when she needed someone the most made his heart beat faster with every thought. Touching lightly his lips wanting to feel the softness and warmth left by her kisses Nikolas was pulled from his reverie by knocking at his door. Slowly making his way towards the unwanted disturbance Nikolas opened his door only to find Helena staring back at him.
Helena- My darling boy…
Nikolas- [flatly] Grandmother…
Helena- How have you been?
Nikolas- [shrugging] Fine…
Helena- I have not heard from you in quite some time and I have become worried…
Nikolas- Well as you can see I am fine…
Helena- Would it be too much to welcome me into your home?
Nikolas- [sighing as he stepped aside] Come in…
Looking slowly at a pajama bottom clad Nikolas and then around the hotel room Helena wondered silently what and who could be distracting him from the task at hand. To get all that she wanted Helena knew that they had to act quickly before Stefan and Alexis mounted a counter attack against them. Locating an empty chair Helena slowly sat as she turned her attention again on Nikolas.
Helena- Would it be too much for you to offer me a glass of port before we began to discuss my reasons for being here?
Nikolas- Yes it would be…
Helena- Excuse me?
Nikolas- I don’t have time for long conversations today… say what you want and then leave…
Helena- Nikolas…
Nikolas- [shaking his head] What do you want Grandmother?
Helena- As I said I have not heard from you in some time and I was concerned as to how the situation with my unwanted son was progressing…
Nikolas- [blocking out the anger at her disregard towards Stefan] I would not know…
Helena- What do you mean?
Nikolas- I mean I have not taken the time to see whether or not your latest ploy is working.
Helena- Ploy? All that I do…
Nikolas- [slowly nodding his head] Is for me… I know… you’ve told me this on several different occasions.
Helena- Nikolas if we don’t strike now all of our work…
Nikolas- Our? I believe this latest development was brought on by you and you alone.
Helena- Nikolas…
Nikolas- [shaking his head] Whatever the cause for it I don’t care… I neither have the time or inclination to deal with it now.
Helena- What has you so distracted where you no longer care what happens to your future?
Nikolas- Grandmother…
As Nikolas began to answer a shaken Gia rushed into the penthouse looking around wildly for Nikolas. And as he came into view she ran to him wrapping her arms tightly around him. Seeing and feeling the fear in her eyes and body Nikolas wrapped Gia tightly in his arms holding her close to him as he softly whispered to her.
Nikolas- [oblivious to shocked expression on Helena’s face] Gia… what’s wrong? What happened?
Gia- [slowly shaking her head] I… he…
Nikolas- Gia what is it?
Helena- [standing] What is the meaning of this?
Nikolas- [locking eyes with Helena] Leave!
Helena- Nikolas who is this young woman and…
Nikolas- [shaking his head] Go Helena… I don’t have time…
Helena- Who is she and what…
Nikolas- Now!
Gia- [shaking her head] I didn’t mean to interrupt…
Nikolas- No… it’s ok…
Gia- Nikolas…
Gently helping her to sit on the couch Nikolas placed a tender kiss on her forehead before rushing to Helena. Taking her by the arm Nikolas lead her to the door ignoring all of her questions flung his way. After quickly agreeing to call her soon Nikolas closed the door in her face before returning to Gia.
Nikolas- Gia… [softly as he sat in front of her on the coffee table] baby what is it?
Gia- Kamar was at the hospital and…
Nikolas- What did he do to you?
Gia- [shaking her head] Nothing… he was at the hospital and… and if Dr. Oliver hadn’t come into the room…
Nikolas- [gently taking her hands in his] Did he touch you?
Gia- Yes but…
Nikolas- [evenly] There are not buts…
Gia- I don’t want to think about it… [shaking her head] I don’t want to think about him. I wish…
Nikolas- [gently caressing her face] You don’t have to… I’m here and I’ll take care of you…
Gia- I can’t keep going through this…
Nikolas- [whispering] You won’t…
Gia- [softly as she looked down] Why does he keep doing this to me?
Nikolas- I don’t know but you don’t have to worry about him anymore…
Gia- I can’t stop living my life because of him but…
Nikolas- [slowly shaking his head] We’ll worry about him later…
Gia- [slowly looking around] Did I completely ruin your meeting?
Nikolas- What meeting?
Gia- There was someone here when I came back…
Nikolas- [shaking his head] She wasn’t important…
Gia- Nikolas…
Nikolas- Don’t think about her because I’m certainly not…
Gia- [shaking her head] I didn’t even go to the cottage to check on Gerald or…
Nikolas- [softly as he tried not to smile] So you got no other clothes?
Gia- [smiling despite everything that occurred] No…
Nikolas- So you will be reduced to walking around in only my shirt again?
Gia- [softly] Yes…
Nikolas- Well that’s too bad…
Gia- [playfully hitting at him] Like you care…
Nikolas- [smiling as he gently captured her hand in his] Oh but I do…
Staring at her intently Nikolas slowly brought her hand to his mouth lightly brushing his lips over her palm. Dropping her hand Nikolas gently cradled her head as he brought her mouth to his tenderly and slowly kissing her. Their kiss deepening Nikolas broke away staring intently into her eyes. Gently caressing the side of his face Gia leaned into Nikolas again her turn to kiss him. Wrapping her arms around his neck they slowly stood before Nikolas gathered her in his arms picking her up carrying her to his bedroom. Laying her gently on the bed Nikolas covered her body with his continuing still to kiss her. Her legs moving slowly up and down his Nikolas finally broke away from Gia tenderly looking down on her beautiful flushed face.
Nikolas- [whispering] You came back…
Gently caressing his face as she slowly nodded Nikolas again brought his mouth to her joining them together once again. Slowly removing his shirt from her body Nikolas slowly and tenderly ran his hands over her form as he tenderly yet passionately kissed her. Her hands going to his pajama bottoms Nikolas covered her hands as he slowly and reluctantly moved away from her.
Nikolas- [whispering softly] Come on…
Taking her hand in his Nikolas lead Gia to the bathroom turning on the shower. Helping her to slowly wash away the feel of Kamar’s hands on her Nikolas gently cleansed Gia before leading her back into the bedroom. Holding her still in his arms together they laid down again Nikolas covering her. And as he lowered his head covering her mouth tenderly with a kiss he eased into Gia joining their bodies again as one. Making love slowly and completely through out the night all thought of Kamar were erased from their minds.
