Chapter 71

Having explained all to Marcus and Sonny over and over Nikolas grew tired of their constant questioning and was ready to leave. Checking his watch once again Nikolas turned his attention back to Sonny as he again questioned him.

Sonny- Is there someplace you need to be?
Nikolas- Why do you ask?
Sonny- You keep looking at your watch… are we keeping you from something?
Nikolas- I’ve answered your questions… is there a reason I need to stay here?
Sonny- [shaking his head] We’re not done questioning you…
Nikolas- I’ve answered every question you’ve asked…
Sonny- Not all of them…
Nikolas- [slowly standing] Instead of wasting time questioning me yet again perhaps you should put some of your men out there and begin looking for Gia…
Sonny- I already have…
Nikolas- Then there is no reason for me to remain…
Jason- Why are you in such a rush to leave?
Nikolas- [looking quickly at Jason] Why does it concern you?
Jason- What are you hiding Cassadine?
Nikolas- [shaking his head] This is a waste of my time…
Taggert- [softly] I just want to find my sister…
Nikolas- [turning to leave] As do I…
Sonny- No…
Nikolas- Excuse me?
Sonny- You’re not leaving here until we know everything…
Nikolas- There is nothing left to know…
Sonny- I think there is…
Nikolas- [looking in Taggert’s direction] If you are in need of anything further I will be across the hall…
Sonny- You’re not going anywhere…
Nikolas- I will not stay here and waste time with useless questions…

As Nikolas again turned to leave the penthouse door suddenly opened and Lucky and Elizabeth were escorted inside. Looking around at all who gathered Elizabeth locked eyes with Jason before moving closer to Lucky once again. Her hand on his arm she led him to the couch careful to keep her gaze from returning to Jason. Chancing a glance in his direction Elizabeth shook her head as he seemingly looked right through her. Wanting to question him about his lack of response Elizabeth was quieted as Sonny suddenly began asking questions.

Sonny- What happened to my sister?
Lucky- [quickly] Sonny I’m so sorry…
Sonny- That didn’t answer my question…
Lucky- Someone hit me from behind and…
Sonny- [shaking his head] Not good enough…
Lucky- [shaking his bandaged head] I couldn’t do anything… if I could’ve done something…
Sonny- Why were you even with her? Why was she at Kelly’s to begin with?
Nikolas- As I told you… she wanted a cheeseburger of some sort…
Jason- You should have ordered it from room service…
Nikolas- What I should have done and what actually occurred matters little… what are you planning to do to find Gia now?
Jason- You don’t have to worry about that…
Nikolas- Then why am I here?
Taggert- Because we… I need to know what my sister was thinking… feeling… I need to know about my sister before… [sighing] I need to find my sister…
Sonny- [looking at Lucky] What were you and Gia talking about? Why did she stop and talk to you? Lucky- I asked her and…
Taggert- Lucky you have to… we need you to tell us everything Lucky…
Lucky- We were talking and we both… [slowly shaking his head] I said some things that should not have been said…
Sonny- Was she upset or…
Lucky- [softly] Yes…
Sonny- What did you say?
Lucky- [looking down] I was trying to tell her how I feel and everything that I said she brought up Nikolas…
Taggert- What do you mean?
Lucky- I told her that I loved her and…
Sonny- And?
Lucky- She told me that she loved me too but before I even said anything I knew she wasn’t talking about the same thing so I just flat out told her that I loved… that I was in love with her… that I’ve always been in love with her and…
Liz-[softly as she looked at Lucky] You’re in love with her?
Lucky- [slowly shaking his head] And that’s when everything just fell apart…
Sonny- Lucky you’re not giving us anything… what do you mean it fell apart…
Lucky- When I told her that I was in love with her she just looked at me and told me that she was in love with Nikolas…
Jason- [mumbling] This is a waste of time…
Lucky- I started going on and on about Nikolas and how he’s using her and she wouldn’t listen to me… she just shook her head and walked away from me. I tried to call out to her but before I could say anything someone came up behind me and hit me with I don’t know what and I blacked out. When I came to Gia was gone and I didn’t know what to do. I went to Kelly’s to call you or Taggert but I saw Nikolas instead and told him what happened and Elizabeth took me to the hospital…
Sonny- That’s it?
Lucky- I’m… I’m sorry…
Taggert- Did you see anyone… anything out of the ordinary?
Lucky- Yeah… her bodyguard…
Sonny- What about him?
Lucky- He was no one around… normally he’s right beside her regardless to where or what she’s doing…
Jason- I’ll put out word that we’re looking for Simian…
Taggert- [slowly shaking his head] Don’t waste your time…
Jason- He could know something that Nikolas or Lucky haven’t told us…
Taggert- He won’t be telling us anything…
Jason- It’s his job to protect Gia…
Taggert- His body was found in a nearby dumpster… someone called it in and I was the investigating officer… when I saw who it was I came here… [slowly shaking his head] I knew something was wrong with Gia…

Silence enclosing the room all lost in thought Lucky sat forward quickly speaking thinking he may have found the direction in which they should go.

Lucky- We have to call Kamar…
Nikolas/Taggert- No…
Lucky- Maybe he knows something…
Nikolas- Kamar stays out of this…
Lucky- [looking intently at his brother] But…
Nikolas- [shaking his head never breaking their stare] He stays out of this…
Lucky- We all know what Kamar is capable of… maybe… maybe he just snapped and came after Gia again…
Nikolas- No…
Lucky- There was nothing stopping him… Gia made us all promise not to go after him… who’s to say he took us not doing anything to him as a sign of weakness and he came for her…
Sonny- [slowly shaking his head] I’ll send somebody to bring him to me… because if he’s involved in this…
Jason- [softly] It’s not him…
Lucky- You don’t know that… he came after her not once but twice… who’s to say he didn’t try it again…
Jason- [slowly shaking his head] He didn’t do this…
Sonny- Jason…
Jason- He has too much to lose if he tried anything…
Lucky- But if no one came after him the first time…
Jason- He’s not behind this…
Sonny- How can you be so sure?
Jason- Because I… because… [sighing] he wouldn’t risk everything over this…
Sonny- What are you talking about?
Jason- Sonny you have to understand… when Gia asked me… [slowly shaking his head] if he does anything to Gia he loses everything…
Sonny- What?
Jason- His case… his reputation… his life…
Taggert- His case? What are you talking about…
Jason- [slowly shaking his head] Gia came to me… she wanted me to check out a few things…
Taggert- [his hands on his hips] What kinds of things?
Jason- Gerald… Cassadine… what they wanted…
Nikolas- I’ve told Gia all there is to know of and about me so I doubt highly that she came to you concerning me…
Sonny- I don’t give a damn if she asked you to investigate all of Port Charles… what does this have to do with Kamar?
Jason- You know everywhere I saw Campbell’s name I saw Kamar’s and…
Taggert- And?
Jason- Kamar is not who and what he says he is… he’s been hiding a lot of things and…
Taggert- What kinds of things?
Nikolas- His given name is Kevin Martin. He was born and reared near Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was a repeat juvenile offender… the final job being his attempted robbery of a local convenience store. His record was asponged and any and all previous crimes disappeared and he ceased being Kevin Martin. Jason- How do you know all of this?
Nikolas- You are not the only one with people at his disposal… he was someone I wished to learn about and I have…
Jason- What else do you know?
Sonny- It doesn’t matter… what does this have to do with Gia?
Jason- You saw his records… with all the crimes he committed he shouldn’t have been able to just get off so I kept looking…
Sonny- And?
Jason- I finally paid the right people and…
Sonny- What aren’t you telling me Jason?
Jason- Larkin…
Sonny- [slowly shaking his head] Larkin?
Jason- He’s under him… he was trained and groomed to take over when Hannah’s case fell through…
Taggert- [softly] Hannah…
Jason- He replaced her on the case…
Sonny- How long have you known?
Jason- [softly] A while…
Sonny- [angrily] And you just decided to tell me now? Jason what the hell were you thinking?
Jason- I had everything under control… I was watching him and when he tried to make his move I would be there to stop him…
Sonny- What if he’s done something with my sister? What if he…
Lucky- [softly] I don’t understand…
Taggert- He’s FBI…
Lucky- But wouldn’t you have known… wouldn’t tell you or…
Taggert- [slowly shaking his head] Not if he’s undercover…
Sonny- Who has been meeting with?
Jason- [looking quickly at Elizabeth] It doesn’t matter… he wouldn’t risk his case to do something to Gia…
Sonny- Who Jason?
Jason- Emily and…
Lucky- Emily… [slowly shaking his head] they’re just friends…
Sonny- [hands on hips] Who else Jason?
Jason- Gerald Campbell…
Taggert- What does Gerald have to do with this?
Jason- I don’t know but Gerald knows Kamar more than he’s letting on. Everywhere you see Gerald’s name Kamar’s is right behind. I met with someone who gave me all of this information and when I mentioned Gerald’s name…
Sonny- I don’t give a damn about Gerald right now… has Kamar met with anyone else?
Jason- Yeah…
Sonny- Who?
Jason- It doesn’t matter… the person we should be questioning is Gerald…
Sonny- Who are you protecting Jason?
Liz- [softly] Me…
Lucky- [softly as he turned to look at her] Elizabeth…

As Elizabeth softly spoke all eyes turned to her in confusion. Slowly rising moving away from Lucky Elizabeth quickly began to explain her dealing with Kamar.

Sonny- How are you involved in this?
Liz- I… [slowly shaking her head] You have to understand…
Sonny- How Elizabeth?
Liz- Kamar came to me and told me… he asked me to get some information and he’ll… [wringing her hands] he’d… he’d leave him alone…
Lucky- Him?
Liz- [softly] He promised to protect him… [looking away from Lucky] he promised to protect Jason if I gave him what he wanted…
Lucky- [softly] Jason… what do you have to do with Jason?
Sonny- Protect him from what?
Liz- Prison… he said he had enough on Jason to put him away for a long time and I couldn’t let that happen…
Sonny- What did he want from you?
Liz- Just information…
Sonny- On who?
Liz- No one at first… he forgot about Jason when I agreed to help him and he changed his focus on you instead…
Sonny- So all of this is about me?
Liz- Yes and no… even though I agreed to help him he never really asked for anything so I assumed he had forgotten my promise to help him…
Sonny- Does this have anything to do with Gia?
Liz- He never mentioned Gia but…
Taggert- But?
Liz- He called last week and told me to get whatever information I could get on Nikolas…
Jason- [locking eyes with Nikolas] Nikolas…
Nikolas- [slowly shaking his head] These great confessions are helping Gia how?
Sonny- Why would Kamar want information on you? What are you hiding?
Nikolas- Nothing…
Jason- Then why all of a sudden is he calling in information on you?
Nikolas- I will say this once and only once. I have nothing to hide… I love Gia… she came to me when she needed me most and I gladly welcomed her into my home and my heart. Whatever vendettas and secret agendas Kamar has concerning me matter little. I only wish to find Gia and protect and love her once again. If remaining here with all of you will not help me to achieve such I have no problem in finding her on my own…
Jason- That didn’t answer the question…
Nikolas- It wasn’t supposed to. As I’ve stated before I have nothing to have. If you feel the need to investigate me further do so… while you are wasting your time I will be finding Gia…
Sonny- Stay out of this…
Nikolas- [slowly shaking his head] I think not…
Sonny- You were supposed to keep her safe… she was supposed to be protected by staying with you…
Nikolas- She was and she will be once again…
Taggert- Nikolas is there anything you’re not telling us?
Nikolas- I’ve told you all that I know… if you wish to question me further I will be across the hall making the necessary calls…
Taggert- I want to find my sister…
Nikolas- As I do…

Nodding in Taggert’s direction on last time Nikolas turned and left Sonny’s penthouse going quickly to his rushing to his phone to make the necessary calls. Having spoken to several investigators Nikolas stood in front of his huge window inhaling deeply before he slowly dialed his number. Breathing deeply once again Nikolas as he spoke into the phone before softly talking to him.

Stefan- Hello…
Nikolas- [softly] Uncle…
Stefan- Nikolas… is something wrong?
Nikolas- [slowly nodding] Uncle I need your help…
Stefan- Nikolas what is this about?

Softly speaking to his uncle Nikolas told Stefan all that was going on. Breathing deeply as Stefan agreed to do all within his power to help Nikolas bid him goodbye before hanging up the phone.

Nikolas- Thank you uncle…
Stefan- Nikolas I will do all that I can to help you in finding your young woman.
Nikolas- [softly] Thank you…
Stefan- No need for thanks… I will call you when I have something.
Nikolas- Thank… thank you uncle…
Stefan- [slowly nodding] I will speak with you shortly…

Turning back to the window once again Nikolas stared out imagining Gia beside him once again. To have her in his arms laughing and loving Nikolas would give all that he possessed. She had come into his life and changed him and if it took all that he had she would be beside him once again. Staring out of the window seeing nothing Nikolas slowly moved away going slowly to their bedroom. Touching softly the pillow she last rested upon Nikolas sunk into a nearby chair the emotions from all that was going on finally washing over him. His head resting on the back of the chair Nikolas slowly closed his eyes, his heart contracting, as visions and memories of Gia flooded him. His hand covering his heart Nikolas softly whispered aloud speaking to Gia as if she could hear him.

Nikolas- [whispering] Come back to me Gia…

A single tear escaping Nikolas slowly shook his head losing himself in thoughts of Gia.

Having roughly been moved to another location Gia slowly walked around the room that now housed her careful not to give away her intentions. No longer bound and gagged Gia was allowed to freely move around the cramped space. Feeling that possibly someone was watching and listening to her every move and thought Gia was careful to keep a calm façade, hoping to make it appear as if she did not care if she was kept in little room or not. A shower at her disposal Gia refused instead keeping Nikolas’ shirt wrapped tightly around her.

Nikolas… thoughts of him, the only reason she survived as long as she did, came to her often and she used what little strength she had not to collapse in tears and worry. She had promised to return to him in minute’s time but having stopped to talk to Lucky she was kept from doing so. Hopefully he was not too worried about her because if it was the last thing she did she would return to his side, It was sorta funny as she thought about it. Nikolas, one of the few people she had instantly disliked upon meeting, had come to be the most important person in her life. Slowly shaking her head Gia wished she could go back to the first moment they met. The feel of his eyes on her as he flirted nonstop with her as she angrily flailed her arms about was as comical as they come but something in that moment she knew Nikolas was change and effect her life in some way.

And having been held and loved slowly by him Gia could not imagine her life without him. The first time they were ever together… Gia had no intentions of letting him kiss let alone make love to her but as she stood at his door pounding loudly something in her mind clicked. And when he opened the door to her wearing only a towel around his waist all thought and logic went from her. His lips dancing across her skin as he slowly moved in and out of her, the feeling would forever be burned in her mind. And when she went to him after all that Kamar had done to her… for him to hold and love her slowly Gia knew in that moment that her heart was forever his.

Wiping quickly at tears she wanted not to cry Gia sat huddled in a chair letting her mind wander to the things that made her life hers. Scenes and faces of all that was important to her flashing across her mind Gia quickly stood up banging on a nearby wall as she loudly yelled out.

Gia- [yelling] Let me out of here! You can’t keep me here!

Her pounding continuing Gia quieted as she softly replied to Nikolas as if he was in the room with her.

Gia- [softly] Wait for me Nikolas…

Chapter 72

Following dead end after dead end Jason watched as Sonny stared out of his penthouse window, thoughts of Gia heavy on his mind. Having searched all of Port Charles with still no sight of her Sonny was becoming concerned as to whether or not they could truly find her. His men questioning all Sonny wondered what and who he would have to sacrifice in order to return his sister to him. His sister… when he first met Gia he wanted nothing to do with her. She was someone from his father’s past who finally came back to haunt him. The end result of a relationship he had when still with his mother. Who was she to come to him and not only want but demand a relationship with him. Not only that she was Lieutenant Taggert… his sworn enemy… the constant pain in his ass’ sister… how could he possibly accept and welcome her in. And yet as she continued to come around trying to learn and love him he could not help but do the same to her. And now… despite everything he thought would keep them apart… he loved her as a sister and was willing to do anything to bring her back to him. The look that fell across their father’s face as he learned of Gia’s disappearance Sonny could not seem to shake. In his eyes he saw fear, disappointment, and most of all blame. Though he never spoke it aloud Sonny could see the blame in Mike’s eyes. But worse than seeing the blame Sonny felt it in his heart. Whatever the reason, Gia’s disappearance was because of him and if it was the last thing he did he would return her to her family. And if walking away after her return was necessary he would do that as well because when all said and done he would and could do anything for his sister.

Once again his promise to her wasted away to nothing. Time and time again he promised to love and protect as only a big brother could and he yet again he failed her. Marcus thought he had done all the right things to protect her but… slowly shaking his head Marcus tightened his hold on his mother’s hand as they sat quietly at the front of the church. A million prayers and still he was no closer to his sister, no closer to his heart. She was happy. He knew this for sure. Unbeknownst to Gia he saw her and Nikolas the few times they escaped their penthouse hideaway. He watched them and knew that Gia had finally found what people often searched their lives to find. She had found it and now because of his carelessness she may never experience it again. Thoughts and tears getting the better of him Marcus quickly stood needing to escape. His mother’s confused eyes staring back at him Marcus slowly shook his head again silently vowing to bring Gia back to them. A tear slowly falling down his face Marcus collapsed again beside his mother feeling Gia slipping farther and farther away from them.

He felt like the fool. He was given the chance to love her and he turned away from her and it. He told himself it was out of duty for Sonny but that was not the truth. He turned away from Gia and what they could have had because of fear. Fear that he could and would never live up to what she deserved. Gia was unlike anyone he had ever met or known before and he wanted her presence around him forever. It was often his duty to turn her away when she came to Sonny in those early days when he wanted nothing to do with her. And even then he could see her fight, her fire, her liveliness and he was hooked. He would often look for her just so he could know what it felt like for his heart to beat. But he squandered what they had and now he was reduced to only imagining what they could have been. Shaking his head Jason downed his beer rising as he made another promise to himself to find and bring Gia back to her life. She was no longer his… well in truth she never was… but he was willing to move heaven and earth to bring her back to those to loved her and she loved back in return. And maybe even for a brief moment he will again know how it felt for his heart to live.

He failed her. He failed their friendship and there was no one to blame but himself. So busy trying to guide her away from Nikolas Lucky forgot… better yet overlooked the most important thing. Gia. As badly as he wanted to disbelieve it there was no denying that with Nikolas is where she wanted to be. So caught up in his father’s Cassadine theories Lucky lost sight of what was in front of him. His brother and his best friend in love and happy. He had loved Gia from the moment he saw her but he never acted on it. So in truth he could not fault his brother for doing the one thing he was forever scared to do. So he sat out to destroy it. He would come between them and destroy whatever they thought they were building and when the dust settled he would finally tell her what was truly in his heart. He loved her and wanted her to be his forever. But with each accusation and veiled insult he slowly ruined them and their friendship. In time Lucky knew she would forgive him, that’s the person Gia was. But before she could forgive him she had to come back to them first. She had to come back and he need only see her smile and everything in his mind would be as it should. Even if she never forgave him, to have her back in the arms of those who loved her was enough for Lucky. Just to have her back was all that he wanted.

Who would have thought he would ever be in this position? He was the prince… better yet the king of hearts and he left a trail of broken hearts and dreams wherever he went. And yet, with an angry frown, and dark dancing eyes his heart was gone. Every thought, every moment was about and because of her. He came to Port Charles on the mistaken premise to avenge the wrongs his grandmother claimed was levied against him. But with a glimpse of Gia all was forgotten. She had his heart and until she returned to him nothing else mattered. To hold her and love her again was all that he could think of. He loved her… he experienced love for the first time because of her and he was unwilling to lose her. He was being reduced to nothing in her absence and it mattered little. In constant company of only his thoughts Nikolas relived every moment spent with Gia and as he slowly shook his head he knew that it was not nearly enough. They were destined to spend lifetimes together and she had to come back to him. Calling his uncle once again to check the status of what he may have learned only to be disappointed once again Nikolas slowly made his way to the huge bay window staring out into the darkness wondering once again where his heart was hidden away.

He had her exactly where he wanted her. Though she did not know it she was at his mercy and he could and would take her whenever he wanted to. He often found himself staring at her as she slept. She was beautiful and so close to being his. This started out as a simple assignment. He was to gather information on Sonny Corinthos and his organization and eventually bring them to their knees. But as Kamar imbedded himself in the life of those who knew and loved Sonny Corinthos it slowly became more. More because of her. Gia changed whatever his agenda was. Spending time with her, laughing and living life with her he wanted more. He wanted her. And now he had her. Having disappeared into the shadows once she was snatched he could only guess that they knew he had her. But then again they knew nothing about his life. No one knew he was FBI and for a little while longer his cover was safe. And of those who knew what and who he was he had enough on them to keep their mouths shut. Making the necessary calls Kamar went to Gia once again staring at her as she silently slept.

Slowly shaking her head as she loaded her bag for the day Kyan said a silent prayer thankful that for the past few days she had not heard much from Kamar. His words ringing in her head she knew she was too far into his plans to pull out now. How she allowed herself to be pulled into his madness she did not know but she prayed that when all was done she would remain intact. Gia was her sister and to harbor useless hatred for her was not only ridiculous but a waste of time. If anything she should be angered with Gerald and how he left her and her mother to fend for themselves while he loved and cared for Gia and her family. If she could accept Gerald’s apology and again love him hopefully in time she and Gia could… could what? After her treatment of her Kyan knew that a relationship with just let alone her family could never come to be. She ruined that each and every time she destroyed Gia on Kamar’s orders. Her bedside phone pulling her from her thought Kyan again sighed as she answered the call.

Kyan- [softly] Hello…
Kamar- Have you been avoiding me?
Kyan- [sighing as she slowly shook her head] Kamar…
Kamar- Every time I call you… you seem to be preoccupied or something…
Kyan- [sighing] Not only am I doing my job at the hospital I have to cover you as well…
Kamar- Yeah whatever…
Kyan- What do you want Kamar?
Kamar- [slowly smiling] Don’t you miss me?
Kyan- [sighing] Kamar…
Kamar- It’s time to move…
Kyan- [slowly shaking her head] What are you talking about?
Kamar- Now is the perfect time to get information out of Corinthos…
Kyan- Why now?
Kamar- That don’t matter… he’s vulnerable now and…
Kyan- What did you do to him?
Kamar- I didn’t do anything…
Kyan- Then what’s going on?
Kamar- [angrily] You’re asking too many damn question…
Kyan- [sighing] Ok whatever… what’s the setup?
Kamar- There is none…
Kyan- Then how am I supposed to “accidentally” run into him?
Kamar- You’re not… go to his penthouse…
Kyan- [softly] What?
Kamar- Go to his penthouse and offer your help…
Kyan- My help… help doing what?
Kamar- His sister is missing and…
Kyan- [softly] What do you mean missing?
Kamar- Missing… as in no one knows where she is…
Kyan- [softly] Except you right?
Kamar- No…
Kyan- Do you really think I believe you’re clueless to where Gia is?
Kamar- I don’t give a damn what you think…
Kyan- Where is Gia Kamar?
Kamar- How in the f*ck an I supposed to know?
Kyan- Kamar…
Kamar- Kyan I’m sick of talking to you about this… go to Corinthos and offer to help him look for his sister or something…
Kyan- How is me helping to find Gia going to get you what you want…
Kamar- Comfort him…
Kyan- Comfort him how?
Kamar- [laughing] I’m sure you’ll think of something…
Kyan- [softly] Kamar…
Kamar- When you’re finished with whatever he’ll be distracted and ask him some questions.
Kyan- Like what?
Kamar- If he knows or suspects anyone behind Gia’s disappearance… if anyone is threatening his business… if someone has contacted him about Gia or anything like that.
Kyan- Even if they did how is that going to help you?
Kamar- Don’t worry about that? I just want to know if he thinks someone else has Gia…
Kyan- Someone other than you right?
Kamar- [laughing] You just don’t give up do you…
Kyan- If you have her just let her go… you can give Sonny some other way…
Kamar- Didn’t I tell you once that I don’t have Gia…
Kyan- Then who has her Kamar?
Kamar- How in the hell would I know?
Kyan- Why is she all you’re concerned about? If you’re so pressed to get Sonny shouldn’t I be asking him something else? Shouldn’t I…
Kamar- Ask the questions I told you and don’t worry about anything else…
Kyan- Don’t worry? You just told me that my sister is missing and…
Kamar- Oh so you’re sisters now?
Kyan- She’s always been my sister Kamar… I just didn’t treat her like it…
Kamar- I hope she falls for this b.s. if you see her again…
Kyan- [whispering] If?
Kamar- If… when… who knows how this will turn out…
Kyan- Don’t do anything to her Kamar… [softly] please…
Kamar- We’ll see…
Kyan- Kamar…
Kamar- Look you’re starting to piss me off…
Kyan- Ok I ask him all these questions… then what?

Kyan- After everything is said and done I want to try and make some kind of amends… I want to try…
Kamar- All your fake sentimental bullsh*t is falling on the wrong ears. I know you’re no better than a snake in the grass… you turned your back on your so called sister for what? Before she could make another request Kyan heard the dial tone and realized Kamar had ended their conversation. She brought this to Gia. In her haste to punish her for the wrongs of their father she brought Kamar into Gia’s life and her hands were just as dirty as his were. Somehow, some way she would make everything right, and maybe just maybe she and Gia could be the sisters they were meant to be. And even if that was not the case maybe she could return Gia’s life to how it once was. Kamar and worry free.
