Drowning in an ocean of superficiality, 
nothing matters, no one cares,
all they want is false reality,
looking down upon us with their judgemental stares.

The outcasts and society's freaks,
live their lives as animals in a cage, 
put on display for all the world to see,
performing their lives for you on stage.

You can never break free, the superficiality will never go away,
If you try to escape, they put you on display.
Taunting, teasing, relinquishing your freedom so,
they can have their entertaining freak show. 

The hypocrites judge you while they go out and have beers,
the populars criticize your clothes and the people you call peers.
The whores tell you to be a better person, and get your feet on the ground,
while they get their money from sleeping around.
The jocks laugh at you for your poor athletic skills,
while they get better by performance enhancing pills.
