Beat the Elite Four 100 times. You should recieve HM Six, Blast. Use it to get into the grassy area around Pallet Town. It is rumored that all 151 pokemon, even Mew lives here, even in the american version.

Trade with at least two of the dudes in the cinnibar lab. Put the item you want to duplicate at the sixth spot in your inventory using select. In Viridian City, talk to the guard who has just had his coffee and answer NO to his question he will show you how to catch a weedle. Now, fly to Cinnibar Island and immediatly start surfing up and down the right side of the island. Eventually, you will meet Missingo who has no Pokedex number. He has high attack, but low other stats. Beat him and check your inventory. You will have an unlimited number of whatever was in the sixth place. For a little extra money, put an Ultra ball in place six. Complete the cheat then head into the Cinnibar Island Pokemart. Buy an Ultra ball, then chose to sell something. You will have 99 Ultra Balls in the sixth place, and about 30 in the last place. Sell as many as you want. This cheat works with anything sold at the Cinnibar Island Pokemart too.
Another Place to Fish * You can fish in statues. Most statues will let you fish, but Misty's Gym works best. You can also surf in them. More Powerful Attacks * Hold down A while attacking. Your attacks will do more damage. Better Chance to catch Pokemon * Hold down A and Up while throwing Pokeballs. In the Safari Zone, use this cheat to prevent more common Pokemon from running. (I have been told that holding down B and up is more effective, try both.) Free Coins In Game Corner * Aside from the free coins the gamblers will give you, there are coins on the floor. Walk around the game corner while pressing A repeatedly. Every once and a while, a message will pop up and tell you "ASH FOUND __ COINS." Clone Pokemon* In cloning Pokemon, you need 2 things to prepare yourself. A bad Pokemon such as a pidgy. The second is the Pokemon you want to clone. When you have compleated that, go to a Pokecenter and go to trade center. When in, trade the bad Pokemon for the one to be cloned. Go through the trading process. Count to 4 after your screen says, "Waiting" and shut the gameboy off with the good Pokemon. Than turn off the other gameboy. WARNING this might errase the file you are on. Submitted by GoodRich02 Extra TMs* Go to the Department Store in Celadon and buy four drinks at the roof top square . Give three to that girl who is thirsty and she will give you three TMs. Also while you are there buy a Poke Doll. go to one of the gate leaders and give him a drink you are now able to go past gates . FLY to Saffron city and go into the Copycats home and give her the Poke doll she will give you a powerful Mimic TM. Submitted by Arabella Defend Your Pokemon you can defend your pokemon by useing a b and the up botton and your pokemon will be hit less Submitted by pika hallarn The Care-taker of Cinnibar Gym* Go to the bottom of Cinnibar island without a key for the gym. Surf up the east coast until you are at the top, then surf down until you can get onto land. Stop surfing and go past the door of the Cinnibar Gym. The game will say the door is locked and you will see the care-taker standing on the roof! Kangaskan If you catch a Missingno. or Mysterio above level 100 use a rare candy on him. He should evolve into a Khangaskan. If this doesn't work the first time keep giving him rare candies. Strange Code If you beat the elite four 30 times in a row without talking to anybody except the nurse a the gate of the poke center right in front of the elite four. when you do Prof. oak will say "I'm getting tired of this" or something close to that. then he will let you walk around the hall of fame. you will find a secret town that you can trade pidgeys for mew and all of the new pokemon on gold and silver pokemon. or most of them. (this is a rumor i am not 100% sure it works) Submitted by Jtzsurface Magikarp-Mew You buy a magikarp from the guy in the pokemon center near Mt. Moon for $500. Give it to the daycare until it gets up to level 50. then take it and make it go to level 51 with exp points and you will get a mew. Submitted by Pika12 Avoid Wild Pokemon* You can CUT away tall grass. It dissapears in clumps of four squares. Ultra Rod to get HM 6 & 7 you talk to the guy who gives you the good rod 1000 times!!!!! Then he'll give you an Ultra Rod. Show the guy your ticket then surf around the ship keep on going until you see an island then you should see a truck. I don't know what to do with the truck!
