This week's episode, STARS IN THEIR EYES - 181 was aired Wednesday 28/4/98.

It was all about the Vauns, two movie directers who come to Mt Thomas to do some reasearch on making a film about Starvation O'Flynn, an old legend. Trouble comes with them.

Old family herlooms and antiques are stolen from homes at which the vauns have visited to do their survey. P.J suspects it is them stealing the stuff.

Meanwhile P.J is also quite jealous because one of the Vauns is paying a nit to much attention to Maggie to his liking. The famous saying used is "There is something about you, something quite remarkable, it's your eyes!" he used it a number of times on the women.

P.J knows that Jack and his cousin Rick Vaun are up to something, he just can't work out what. Then good old Mr Pervis is making a commercial with his huge trackter "BIG RODNEY" and then it gets stolen. P.J instantly thinks it is the Vauns as they were doing their research in the same place that the commercial was being shot, they weren't to happy about that.

Dash was really enjoying her work at the time cause was to chaperone the Vauns while they stayed in Mt Thomas, as she was a real expert on the life of Starvation O'Flynn.
