Reborn

Hexed be the ones who cause me misery. A legion of iniquitous beings. I've heard them in my thoughts; my dreams. They determine my actions. I've lost myself. I'm in their control. But the Intersessor speaks and with mere words I have the power to control my own life. I speak to them with Authority: "Begone from me tormentors. Leave me to dwell in my own pain. With it myself I can cope." Or can I cope? Still I fall slowly into the pit. Who will catch me as I fall? What will stop my decent into darkness? Only my life holds me in the light. Two loves to love save me; saved me; soon I shall be free. My life has just begun; begins again. I'm alive; I'm in love; I am reborn.
