The concert was great!! We ended up not leaving my house until 3:52, because my parents thought 3 was too early (that's when I wanted to leave). Augh! We ended up arriving in Hartford at 4:52. We got a good parking spot, because we have this handicap sticker (my sister just had surgery on her foot), so that was good. When we went inside, there was a HUGE crowd of girls around the merchandise, but I went over there anyways and bought a T-shirt for this girl (Sarah), a keychain, and a tour book. Then my sister, brother, and I walked all over the place looking for Ashley, or backstage passes (because I'm in MOE). No luck! I even asked a security guard. I was really pissed off, but I knew I couldn't do anything about it. Tons of people were lining up to get into the actual concert hall thing, but we decided to go sit down and look for Ashley some more. Around 5:45, my mom realized that we probably didn't have to wait in the line, because my sister is on crutches. We went up to some security guy and asked where we should go. He said to go to the box office and tell them to have a security guard walk us in. We went to the box office, and they pointed us to this door. We went up to the guy, and explained the entire situation again. He let us just walk in, without even looking at us. He didn't even check to see if we had cameras or anything, so I could have brought one. Oh well!!! We went up to our seats and we were just looking around and stuff. There were so many people! Admiral Twin came on at 6:00 and everyone was screaming. I personally thought they were really good. When they introduced all the band members, that Jarrod guy got the most screams. :P Finally, at 6:40, Admiral Twin left and the stage people cleaned up their stuff. They fixed the curtains, and people started yelling for Hanson. Then, these 5 little girls (9 years old) that were sitting in front of us started screaming. They were pointing at one of the really high up seats that were like little rooms, saying that they saw Hanson up there. (They weren't really there, though. Duh!). At exactly 7:01, the curtain lifted and Gimme Some Lovin' started. You can just imagine all the screaming!! Oh, Taylor kind of screwed up at one part. You know how he talks and says, "Well I heard about the fella you've been dancing with. All over the neighborhood"? Well, the words kind of got jumbled up. You couldn't really notice though. Ike was wearing gray loose pants, a navy blue shirt, with a tan, long-sleeved shirt over it. Tay was wearing tight maroon pants (eew) and a white shirt that had a collar, a zipper down the front, and a pocket. Zac was wearing a black T-shirt and red pants. All three of them had their hair down. Ike was using his black electric guitar. Next they sang, Thinking of You, Where's the Love, River, and Weird (in that order). Oh my gosh, during Weird, Tay messed up!! He started it by singing, "Isn't it strange, oh sorry", instead of "Isn't it weird". It was really freaky because he said sorry!! He recovered completely though and continued with the song. Next, they sang Sometimes. Then, they left the stage and said, "See you guys later.", the girls in front of me thought it was over! I could hear them whispering about it all mad. :) When they came out again the stage was in the garage scenery. Tay had taken off the white shirt and was just wearing a tight white undershirt kind-of shirt. Ike is playing the brown acoustic guitar, Tay is playing the keyboard and the tambourine, and Zac is playing the drums and red mini maracas. They sang Stories now, and Tay was trying to get the crowd to sing the Sha-na-na-na part. Next was the original With You In Your Dreams. Zac's drumsticks had two red horizontal stripes on them for this song. Next was Madeline. (Tay was on the tambourine). Tay said, "This song is dedicated to any one with the name of Madeline." Then they playing Soldier. This surprised me, because it is so long!! They did this cool harmony thing for the "lonely, so lonely" parts. It sounded great! Tay and Zac left the stage now, so Ike could do More Than Anything. On the way off the stage, Zac was waving to the crowd and he walked into the curtain! It wasn't really noticeable, but he still did it!! So, Ike went to the keyboard and talked about Boomerang and then sang More Than Anything. It was a lot slower than the recorded version, except the chorus was faster than it! It sounded good though, just harder to sing to. Then Tay and Zac came back on stage and they threw bottled water at the crowd. I noticed that Zac had these yellow and brown shoes on. The colors were kinda blended together. When that was all over with, they sang Speechless. During this song, Ike went over to Zac and Tay, playing his guitar, and was like head-banging! He looked very foolish. :) Then, one of the stage crew guys whispered something to Zac, and they all started playing this music and Tay introduced all the background musicians. He was kind of singing their names. I could barely hear anything he was saying, because the instruments were too loud. Then, Zac ran up to the front of the stage and kicked the beach balls out into the audience. He also handed some people in the front his drumsticks. Then he got his Super Soaker and shot everyone. Meanwhile, Tay had taken his place on the drums. When Zac was all done with that, he went back to his drums, and Taylor started shooting people with his Super Soaker. They then sang Ever Lonely. During this song, Zac had these drumsticks that lit up!! They flashed and stuff. It was really awesome!! Ike had his brown electric guitar during this part. I Will Come To You was next. Ike had his black electric guitar for this one. I don't think that Tay did that arm pointing thing, but I'm not positive. I noticed now that Ike and Zac both have their hair up in a ponytail. Then Tay started talking and said, "Now this song is for all you out in the back, because you know we can't live without you." And Zac started to play the drums really loud. Tay was continuing to talk and gave Zac a "shut up" look. Zac stopped playing loud, but he was still fiddling on the cymbals like he was showing off. Tay continued, "And we couldn't live a minute without you." They played A Minute Without You and during it the funniest, un-Hanson-related thing happened. One of those girls in front of us was jumping up and down on the step of the aisle. (We were pretty high up). She stumbled on the step and fell a little. She started laughing and looked at me, because she knew I saw her. Then she continued to jump. Duh! Okay, next they playing Good Lovin' by the Rascals. After that, Ike and Tay were talking about MOE and backstage passes and how you can join. Zac threw a balloon to the crowd while they were doing this. Then they played MMMBop. Zac wiped his face during this. Hehehe. Then Man From Milwaukee. Ike played his maroon electric guitar for this song and Zac was on the drums, not the mini maracas. The crowd was screaming too loud for me to hear Zac's baby bird lines, though. Ike was doing that head-banging thing again! Ike then ran up and jumped on to the drum platform and slid on his knees across the stage for the ending of the song. They sprayed the audience with their Super Soakers again and Tay and Zac touched people's hands. Then they said good bye. The crowd was chanting "Hanson, Hanson, Hanson". It was amazing. I could feel the vibrations of the voices. What power! My parents decided that it really WAS over, and we left out seats and went to the level below us. Hanson came back on and said, "You guys aren't moving, so we'll play a couple more songs." We just stood on that level and watched them sing Look At You and Summertime Blues. Halfway through Summertime Blues, Ike took Tay's spot at the keyboard and Tay went to the edge of the stage and leaned the microphone over. He told the crowd to sing "There ain't not cure for the Summertime Blues." Ike then played the guitar and Tay went back to the keyboard. When the song was over, Tay said, "Come back soon!" Zac also said, "I love you man!" They looked like they were really leaving the stage, so my parents dragged us out at 8:45 and we went to eat in this restaurant in the Civic Center. The waiter told us that before the concert, the Hanson tour bus had driven by their big windows and all the girls were screaming! I wish I were there then!! Around 9:45, we got into our car and was headed for the highway, when we passed Hanson's tour bus!! There was a bunch of girls outside it, but my parents wouldn't stop to see if Hanson was coming out soon. Anyways, if you didn't notice, I actually took notes during the concert! Well, my sister did technically. Don't ask me how, but we decided we wanted to remember every detail. I hope I didn't completely bore you!! I know I had the best time ever!! :P

The concert at Red Rocks on July 18th was to cool for words people said that the Red Rocks was a perfect place to have a concert but i never thought this cool! The sound was perfect the way it bounced off the rocks and went back down the way i could see Taylor,Isaac and Zac perfectly (seeing that i was on the second row right infront of Taylor) and how Taylor and Zac got their water bottles and squirt guns out after the concert and got everyone in the 1st and 2nd row ALL wet(i got a cold thanks to them!!)I personally loved when Isaac sang "More Than Anything!"that song is so pretty!!

I was in sec.201, row QQ. It was me, my cousin, and my older brother. We got arrived an hour early. There was already a ton of people there. When we first got there, people were selling t-shirts, tour books, a giant poster, and much more. I spent over 100 dollars (my bros money, hehe). Before the concert started they played The Wallflowers and a little Aerosmith over the speakers. Then a bunch of people started screaming and running toward these doors that went outside. The doors were right by us so me and my cousin jumped up and ran outside. My bro later told us that like everybody in the audience started running for the doors, it was a crazy mad rush! When we got out there was a fence about 10 feet tall, and hanson was supposedly on the other side. So I pushed my way to the front, and there was only one person between the fence and me. Then I thought I was gonna die.... I saw Tay through the cracks in the fence less than 7 feet away! The fence almost came down but the guards made everyone go back in. Admiral Twin was suprizingly, a pretty cool group, they had some good music. Then Hanson finally came out. They were great! No one ever quit screaming. At one point they started throwing water balloons into the crowd. They had a big slingshot for them which Zac and Tay tried to use, but couldn't get it to work (it was quite amusing), so Tay just started pitching them out to the crowd. A while later, Zac got up and Tay got on the drums, it was cool. Zac actually ran into the audience a little ways, and somehow didn't getted mobbed. Now, if I was down there..... nevermind. It was so awesome! Close to the end, Tay walked to the front of the audience and touched some hands. But to come to a closing... overall, it was the most fun and exciting day of my life.
