The Lost Highway soundtrack is an excellent blend of haunting, hard rock, and smooth tunes, to fit in with the mood of the movie.

Lost Highway was released  by October Films in the United States in late February of 1997.  Later, in August of the same year, it was released on home video, priced for rental, by Polygram Home Entertainment.  The current price for the movie is $19.99, but many online stores offer it cheaper (not if you include shipping and handling).  I would recommend, if you are interested in owning the film, going to your nearest Blockbuster and have them order the film (it is a whole lot cheaper!).
