FIRST ROUND:  KNICK MAN VS JAMES PILLOW!

CW:
Wow! Let's take it to the back for comments from JAMES PILLOW ON THE
KNICK MAN EARLIER TAPED!

(Camara opens to Sensuous Samantha outside of James Pillow's locker
room. She knocks on the door and it opens. She walks in and the camara sees
James. He is dressed in his ring attire long black tights and no shirt on, his
Muscular chest and stomache are exposed. He sits down in a chair.)

Sensuous Samantha:
Well James we're only moments away from your match in the first round
of the world title tourny with none other then the current ASW TV Champion,
The Knick Man. What are your comments going into this?

James "Simply The Best" Pillow:
Simple, I'm going into this match with everyone saying that I can't win
And I'm going to walk out after I pin the Knick Man's shoulders to the mat
for the three count.  Last time we met up it was a double DQ because Richards
had to stick his nose in my buisness, but this time he isn't going to be able
to stop me from taking the victory.

SS:
Assuming you make it past The Knick Man, who would you rather face in
The second round. Sullivan or Lord Awesome. . of course we all know my man
Lord Awesome is taking it all.

STB:
It doesn't really matter to me. Either way I'm going to the finals. Of
Course I would love to get my hands on Sullivan, but even if I dont tonight he
won't be able to get away from me forever. As for Lord Awesome. . .well he
may be Awesome but he's far from Simply The Best.  

SS:
Well good luck James, you're gonna need it.

STB:
No luck here Sammie baby, just skill.

(Fades back to Sam & Chris.)

SS:
Well, Chris is gone to get Knick Man! And, we have their interview.
Take it away, Chris!

(Standing backstage is The Knick Man and his manager Chris Wrigley. 
The Knick Man is dressed in his wrestling attire, a Knick Man Championship
Jersey, Knick Man Shorts and a pair of Knick Man sneakers.  He has the Television
Title across his shoulders and his 10 championship rings on his finger.  Chris
Wrigley is standing beside him and is dressed in a conventional black suit,
and has on an orange tie, with a moon on it with a witch sillouhette.)

Knick Man:  
Tonights the night where the destiny of The Knick Man begins to be fufilled.
It all starts tonight where I will face James "Simply The Best" Pillow in the
ring, one-on-one, man to man.  James, you WILL NOT beat me tonight!  I
have come TOO FAR in this federation just to lose to you in the first round.
 I will not be denied of my goal which is to become the next ASW World
Champion! I am the Greatest Basketball Player, The Greatest Wrestler, and The
Greatest Man on the face of the earth, and you just don't have what it takes to
beat me my friend!

Chris Wrigley:  
Hell let's talk about all these men in the tournament, all of them have
Been beat by Knick Man before, or lord knows that they are no where near the
caliber to touch his TV Title.  Believe it or not I am saying it right here
and right now, and that is he will be the ASW Heavyweight Champion by
Love it or Leave it.  That's right ladies and gentlemen I am willing to bet
Millions of dollars, why?  Because I have the utter-most confidence in my main
Man here. And I have him psyched and ready to go.  So watch out ladies on
gentlemen this man is set to kill, and that is exactly what he is going to do.

Knick Man:  
And as far as the rest of you goes, like I said before, don't work too
hard! Because you are all just fighting for a chance to LOSE TO ME!  Because
I'm not losing tonight, and I will NOT be denied of what is rightfully mine! 
And after I win this tournment, Andru Edwards will have to find out the
hard way, that I am who I say I am!  The Greatest Basketball Player, The Greatest
Wrestler, and The Greatest Man on the face of the earth!  The One, The Only,
The Knick Man!

Chris Wrigley:  
Well we have to get ready for the matches, now I would appreciate it if
You would leave.

(Chris stands up and shoves the cameraman out of the door. Fade into
the star on the wall.)

SS: Well .. very good comments, and now to the ring.

[The following first round ASW Heavyweight Title Tournament Match is
set for one fall and has a thirty minute time limit.  Now entering the ring he
is James "Simply the Best" Pillow!

(SIMPLY THE BEST plays over the arena as James Pillow makes his way
out. He has on long black tights and a leather vest with "SIMPLY THE BEST=ASW
WORLD CHAMPION" on the back in gold letters. He makes hgis way to the ring
and poses a bit as gold fireworks go off. He takes off his vest and hands it out
of the ring and goes into his corner.)

 .....And his opponent being led to the ring by hall of famer Chris
Wrigley, is the current ASW Television Chamipion, and is one part of the stable
Reel Wild Inc.  He is the one and only Knick Man!]

(Chris Wrigley comes out from behind the curtain first and leads the Knick Man
down to the ring.  As he makes it halfway Knick Man hands the title to Chris
and holds both arms up, as fireworks go off behind him.  Chris hands him back
his title and they continue there walk down to the ring.  Many female fans are
lunging at Knick Man as he tags their hands.  He stops and kisses one and she
faints to the floor.  Now the reach the ring Chris gets up and holds the 
second rope up for him.  The Knick Man steps through and hands the
title to Chris has he climbs up to the second rope and raises both arms again. 
Chris helps remove Knick Man's Championship Jersey, and leaves the ring with
it and the title in hand.)

Sensuous Samantha:  
Well here is Reel Wild Inc's part of the tournament and one of the men
that is being favored to win the tournament tonight.  

Chris Wrigley:  
Damn straight.  That man up there is at the top of his game and that is
why he is going to beat every single guy here and then go on to beat "The
Franchise" Andru Edwards, and then he will be the champion.  It is going to be
sweet and simple like that!

SS:  
Well okay Chris.  The match starts with the two men locking up in a
collar and elbow tie up.  Knick Man gets the leverage and sends Pillow into the
ropes. As he comes off Knick Man ducks his head and takes him over with a back
body drop.  Now Knick Man picks him up and takes him down with a running
powerslam.

CW:  
Knick Man goes for a pinfall, but Pillow kicks out before the ref could
Count one.  Knick Man grabs Pillow by the hair and pulls him up.  He takes
him back down with a standing dropkick, and causes Pillow to go outside the ring.

SS:  
Knick Man runs into the ropes and comes off with a flying plancha, and
Lands right on Pillow.  But it appears that Knick Man has hurt himself worse
than he has hurt Pillow, but he gets up and is holding onto his his shoulder. 
He picks Pillow upand attempts a running powerslam on the floor but his
Shoulder gives way and he falls under Pillow's weight.

CW:  
Pillow lands right on him, and is slow to get up.  But he rolls under
The bottom rope as the ref's count is up to 6.  The Knick Man is getting up
And rolls under the bottom rope now before being counted out.  Pillow
charges over and begins to lay in the boots to the TV Champ's head.  

SS:  
He lifts him up and gets him in a bearhug.  he is trying to squeeze the
Power out of him.  But he releases the hold and drops Knick Man to the mat. 
but he picks him right back up and sets him up for a powerslam of his own. 
NO!  HE turns it into a shoulder-breaker instead.  He has found a weak spot and
he is going to work on it now.

CW:  
Well Pillow begins to stomp away at the Knick Man's shoulder.  He runs
Into the ropes and comes off with a head-butt right on the shoulder.  Now he
Picks him back up and is going for another shoulder breaker, but as he runs
Knick Man squirms down and pushes him into the corner.  As he stumbles back,
Knick Man gets him in a belly-to-back suplex.  And goes for the pin.

THRE...

SS:  
NO!  Pillow kicks out right at the last second.  Knick Man isn't going
to let it get to him though he picks Pillow up and gets him in a atomic drop. 
As he squabbles in pain Knick Man runs and takes him down with a boot to the
face. Pillow falls to the mat and Knick Man runs into the ropes and comes off
with an atomic legdrop.  Where have I seen that before?  Well he goes for
the pin again.

CW:  
Pillow isn't giving up just yet.  He kicks out on two and the Knick Man
Is starting to get upset as he loses his temper and begins to kick the
hell out of Pillow.  Now he picks him up and sends him into a corner.  He
charges and corners him into the corner.  Now he climbs up and begins to pound away
as the crowd counts along.

SS:  
Knick Man gets down and puses Pillow out of the corner.  Knick Man
climbs up to the second rope and flies off with an elbow.  Man Knick Man has
snapped this time.  He picks Pillow up and begins to ram his head into the top
turnbuckle.  He lays his head down on the turnbuckle an druns over to
the opposite corner.  He charges at him and corner his head between the
turn buckleand his feet with a dropkick.

CW:  
Wow, Pillow is out of it.  Knick Man knows this and he sets Pillow up
on the top rope.  And he climbs up with him.  Samantha I think that it is time
for you know what.

SS:  
Me too, Chris. WAIT! HERE COMES SHANE DIAMOND! Diamond is walking down
The aisle, and the ladies are going wild, and I cannot blame them! Knick Man it
taking Pillow off the top rope, and he's going to yell at Diamond. BUT PILLOW
HITS KNICK MAN FRMO BEHIND! And, Pillow flies out on Shane! Shane takes
him, and he catches him in mid air. Shane throws James' head into the STEEL
STEPS! And, he's leaving him! Knick Man still is a little out of it, and the
ref is counting!

CW:  
...7 ... 8 ... 9 ... KNICK MAN TAKES PILLOW AND THROWS HIM BACK IN THE
RING! And, he takes him now, and PILEDRIVER! There goes the pin ...

THREEEEEE!!

SS:  
YES!  Knick Man wins!  He moves on to the second round and is coming
closer to the Heavyweight Title.

CW:  
What did I tell you?  You are looking at the next world champion.

[Ladies and gentlemen the winner of this match and advances to the
second round, at the time of 9:48, the Knick Man!]

SS:
KNICK MAN WINS! Pillow looks hurt, by Shane Diamond.

SEMIFINALS:  KNICK MAN VS LORD AWESOME!

SS:
And, we're back. EVERYONE BUY THE LORD AWESOME AND SENSUOUS SAMANTHA

CW:

SS:
Speaking of Awesome, I must go get him.

CW:
I must go get Knick Man!

[The following second round ASW Heavyweight Title Tournament Match is
set for one fall and has a forty-five minute time limit.  Now being led down
the aisle by the lovely Sensuous Samantha .. he's the current ASW Intercontinental
Champion .. he's AWESOME! LOOOOOOOOOORD AWWWWWWESOME!!

("We Die Young" by Alice In Chains blasts through the arena.  Lord
Awesome walks down the down the aisle as Sensuous Samantha leads him. He has
the ASW Intercontinental title around his waist, and his black and red wrestling
tights. The fans try to touch him, but he jerks away. Samantha climbs on the
apron, and of course receives many whistles. She sits on the ropes, and let's
Awesome climb in the ring. She then climbs in. Awesome raises his arms,
The lights dim, and he receives black and red fireworks that shoot up from
The ring post. He then takes his ASW Intercontinental title and raises it
above his head, the crowd goes wild.)

Chris has he climbs up to the second rope and raises both arms again.  Chris
helps remove Knick Man's Championship Jersey, and leaves the ring with
it and the title in hand.)

SS:
DO NOT MESS WITH ME!

CW: 
DO NOT MESS WITH ME! 

SS:
FINE!

CW:
FINE! Well Samantha look Knick Man and Lord Awesome just shook hands!
Ahh .. what sportmanship.

SS:
(eyes Chris evily) Well the bell rings and the guys come face to face
with each other, and you can see that they are talking something to each other. I don't
know what they're saying, but Awesome pushes Knick Man, and Knick Man pushes
him back.  Awesome shoves him again, and does Knick Man.  Awesome throws a
punch and so does Knick Man, Awesome throws it again, but Knick Man blocks it
and he throws one of his own and another and another.  He takes Awesome down
to the mat as the fans scream his name, but some are also screaming for my MAN
AWESOME!

CW:  
Now Knick Man picks him up and sends him into the ropes.  Knick Man
catches him in a bearhug and takes him over in a belly to belly suplex.  He
doesn't waste any time and picks him up and places him on the top rope.  He
climbs up and takes him down with a belly to belly suplex off the top rope! OH MY
GOD!! 

SS:  
Chris that was phenominal!  I can't believe it!  COME ON LORD AWESOME,
DAMMIT! He moves in for the pin.

THRE .... (takes a deep breath)

CW:  
What?  He kicks out right at the last moment.  That is not fair that
ref needs to learn how to count.  What the hell is his problem?  Well Knick Man
isn't going to let it get to him.  He goes over and picks Awesome up and throws him
into the ropes.  As he comes off he puts his foot up and attempts a foot to the face, 
but Awesome drop low and hits Knick Man's leg.

SS:  
Knick Man falls to the mat in pain grabbing his right leg.  Awesome is going
ot take advantage of this as he goes over and places Knick Man'sright leg on
the bottom rope.  He jumps up an dlands right on it.  And he does it again.
Now he pulls Knick Man out into the middle of the ring and places him in a
figure four leglock.  Oh my god he is right in the middle of the ring.  He is
going to have to give up! HA HA! GO LOOOOORD AWESOME!

CW:  
Now he won't.  Knick Man can't give up.  Nor will he give up.  

SS:  But Chris he is in the middle of the ring! And, Lord Awesome rules!

CW:
NO HE DON'T!

SS:
YES HE DOES! Awesome is moving, and NO .. KNICK MAN HAS THE ROPES!!
Knick Man is on his feet, and he takes Awesome and he sends him into the ropes,
and he comes back and Awesome is being taken down with a flying elbow drop.
Knick Man now rolls him up for a SMALL PACKAGE ...

THRE....

CW:
HA! Well Knick Man is back in control as he throws Awesome into the
ropes.  He takes him down with a powerslam.  Knick Man is going to be unrelenting
as he picks Awesome up and hits him in the sqaure of the back. Awesome bends
over in pain as Knick Man runs into the ropes and grabs him by the head and
slams him down to the mat.  Look how his head bounces right off of the mat. 
Damn, that has to hurt! These men are immortal.

CW:  
Knick Man goes over and picks Awesome up, he places him on the tope
rope and climbs up. he is going to go for a superplex it appears.  He attempts
it, but Awesome blocks it, and pushes him down.  Knick Man hits the mat hard,
and Awesome perches himself on the top rope.  He flies off with and elbow
drop of his own, but Knick Man gets a foot up .. NO! HE DOESN'T! AWESOME HITS
HIM HARD!

SS:
But both men are still down.  And Knick Man is moving but is not going
to go after him because he knows that he continues no matter what kind of win
he gets. He backs up into the corner to grab a breather as the ref begins
the ten count.  Awesome has yet to move as the ref is up to 5.  Well he is
starting to move as he crawl over to the ring and pulls himself up into the ring. 
He did not get counted out as the ref only got to eight.  But Knick Man has
gotten his breather and he runs over to attack Awesome.  He sends him into the
ropes and takes him down with a HIGH body drop.  He goes over and kicks
Awesome in the ribs as he climbs up to the second rope and comes off with a foot
into the ribs. Man he is out to do some major hurting, as he picks him up and
sends him into the ropes and flies out and hits him right in the ribs again with a
flying shoudler-block.  Now he picks him up and he lifts him over his head and
throws him in the air, as he comes down Knick Man gets his knee out and he
lands right on it. UUUGH! HE MAY HAVE SOME BROKEN RIBS!

CW:  
Well all is fair in love and war when it comes to the ASW Heavyweight
Title. And that is exactly what he is doing as he places Awesome up on the top
rope, and I think we know what time it is.  No not Slam Dunk time, from what
me and Knick Man were talking it is time for his newest move. Watch this
Samantha.

SS:  
Okay Knick Man is standing up and so is Awesome and he grabs Awesome's
leg and takes him down with a "Perfect Plex" type suplex, but does not break
the hold and he goes for the pin.  CHRIS THAT WAS GREAT, BUT AWESOME IS STILL
GONNA WIN! Well the referee is in position to make the pinfall count.

KICKOUT!! HA!! Lord Awesome kicks out, and he rolls over and makes it
on his feet. Awesome takes Knick Man and he throws him to the outside. Awesome
is on the apron and he comes off with an elbow that hits Knick Man right into the
steele barricades! OH MY GOD. Awesome and Knick Man are both now on their feet
fighting, and the ref is counting. GET IN THE RING, AWESOME!  ... 5 ...
6 ...
7 ... AH NO! HERE COMES KENNEDY CHAMBERS! Chambers is walking down the
aisle. AHH! Awesome let's go of Knick Man and he's running after her. NO! GET
BACK IN THE RING! He hates her and he's going to hit her. NO .. KNICK MAN IS
BACK IN THE RING .. THERE'S THE BELL? LORD AWESOME HAS BEEN COUNTED OUT!

CW:  
YES!  HE IS GOING TO THE FINALS.  HE IS GOING TO THE FINALS!  YEAH!


[The winner of this second round match, by countout, at the time of
9:05, and advancing to the final round, The Knick Man!]

SS:
AHHHHHHHHH NO! I HATE KENNEDY!

CW:
AHHHH YES!

SS:
SHUT UP!

CW: 
Knick Man advances and he doesn't get time to rest! He's up in the main
Event we have after this commercial break. DO NOT GO AWAY!

FINALS:  KNICK MAN VS APACHE ASSASSIN!

(Lord Awesome and the Knick Man holding the Intercontinental Title, and
TV Title over their heads.)

(Pictures of the Knick Man and Apache Assassin.)

"... earned a shot to become the ASW World Champion .. we're about to
find out who is going to get that shot. Both of them made it this far, and
there's only one more match around. Who's going to win it?"

(Fades to Sensuous Samantha.)

SS:
Well, let's get this on the way!

[This match is set for one fall and is for the remainder of the
television broadcast. The winner of this match wins the world title tournament.
Now, making his way down the aisle .. representing the PATHS OF RAGE .. HERE
IS, APAAACHE ASSASSIN!!

("Poison" by Prodigy plays over the loudspeakers as Apache Assassin
makes his way to ringside.  He's wearing a black leather vest, black tights which boast the image of crossed tomahawks on each leg that have blood dripping
from the blades, and black boots.  He's also wearing face paint.  He slaps the
hands of some fans along the way, but not many as he's more focused on his
opponent in the ring than anything else.  When he gets inside the ring, he gets on the turnbuckles and crosses his arms in the arm like the crossed tomahawks
on his ring attire.)

Well, Chris .. your man has made it to the finals against a very tough
Force in this sport today, APACHE ASSASSIN!

CW:
And, he's going to BEAT that very tough force. I'll tell you now that
Apache Assassin is going down.

SS:
And, that he may be! Apache Assassin takes Knick Man and he sends him
into the ropes, and the Knick Man comes back and he hits Apache Assassin with a
flying elbow as he comes right off the ropes. Knick Man is now in control as
he's on his feet. Knick Man takes Apache Assassin and he sends him into the
ropes, and he comes back and Knick Man with a boot to the face, and Apache
Assassin falls over on the canvas. Knick Man now goes against the ropes, and he comes back in with a LEG DROP but Apache moves! Knick Man hits hard on the canvas floor, and both men are now down. Apache is on his feet, and Apache takes Knick Man and he sends him into the turnbuckle, and Apache corners the turnbuckle with a solid clothesline, but the KNICK MAN MOVES! Chris .. Knick Man is looking tired already.

CW:
NAH! Knick Man is going to pull together and win tonight. Knick Man out
of the corner, and he has Apache down in a side headlock. COME ON KNICK MAN!
He's applying the move pretty hard, and Apache now takes Knick Man and he
sends him into the ropes, and the Knick Man comes back and Knick Man goes for a
hit on Apache! But, Apache grabs his foot. Knick Man has to think fast, and he
swings his foot, and he hits APACHE IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD! ENZUGURI TO THE
BACK OF THE HEAD! Apache falls over, and Knick Man on his feet. Knick Man takes
Apache and he throws him to the outside. Both men are no on the outside right
On front of us, Sam!

SS:
That they are, and Knick Man is going to get a chair. Knick Man has a
chair, and he's going to hit Apache, but Apache takes the chair and he turns it
toward the Knick Man, and hits Knick Man OVER the HEAD! KNICK MAN HAS
JUST BEEN BUSTED OPEN! Knick Man is down, and Apache Assassin is kicking
right and left on him. Apache takes his head and rams it into the steel steps! OH MY GOD! That had to have hurt. Apache takes Knick Man and sends him back
into the ring. Apache is now going to the top rope, and he's coming off with a
LEG DROP ... NO! KNICK MAN WITH A BOOT TO THE FACE! With what little bit of
might he has left, it just went straight into Apache's face. There's blood all
over the ring!

CW:
GOSH .. (biting fingernails) COME ON KNICK MAN! Knick Man is moving,
and he has to get going. Knick Man takes Apache and he's going to punch him,
but Apache grabs his hands, and Knick Man is caught. NO! KNICK MAN KNEES
HIM! WHOOOOO-HOOO! LET'S GO KNICK MAN. Knick Man takes Apache and he sends
him into the ropes, and he comes back and Knick Man with a BEAUTIFUL belly to
belly suplex! I LOVE IT. Knick Man takes Apache and he rolls him up for a
SMALL PACKAGE!

KICKOUT!!! AHHHHHHH!! COME ON KNICK MAN!!

SS:
You're a little hyper, Chris.

CW:
Wouldn't you be?

SS:
WELL YEAH! Now .. Knick Man is up, and he's limping pretty bad! Knick
Man takes Apache and he's punching him left and right, and wherever that he
can get him at. Knick Man takes Apache and he sends him into the ropes, and
He comes back and back body drop by the Knick Man. Apache hits down, and
Apache rolls over on his feet, though! Apache is getting in total control and
he takes the Knick Man and he sends him into the ropes .. AH NO! THE REF
WAS IN THE WAY! THE REF IS NO DOWN!

CW:
AH NO! (Chris puts his head down on the table)

SS:
Ah, Chris. Knick Man is now getting kicked on by Apache Assassin. Knick
Man is being sent to the outside! Knick Man now hits his leg right on the
table when Apache sends him to the outside. Apache now is coming off the apron
right on the Knick Man's back. NO! KNICK MAN MOVES! And, Apache Assassin hits
his leg on the same table. Both men are down, but the Knick Man is moving first.
Apache Assassin is now moving, or atleast trying to make it on his feet. Knick
Man is up, but he's limping. Apache Assassin takes the Knick Man from behind
and he's going for a clothesline from behind on him, but KNICK MAN TURNS
AROUND! And, he hits Apache Assassin square in the face. Knick Man takes
Apache and he rams his head into he steps, and he the ring, and he throws
Apache in the ring. The ref is still out, but APACHE ASSASSIN GRABS KNICK MAN
FROM UNDER FOR A VICTRORY ROLL ...

THREEEEEEEE!! EVEN THOUGH THE REF IS NOT COUNTING KNICK MAN WOULD HAVE
BEEN BEAT! Ah gosh .. Knick Man kicks APACHE ASSASSIN off of him, but Apache
