Title Reigns

ASW Television Title: Captured this title in August of 1997 at the ASW's Falling Rivalries by defeating former TV champion Hades in a "Belt Hangs on Rope" Steel Cage challenge. The Knick Man won the belt with help from ASW commentator Chris Wrigley when Wrigley pushed Hades foot, causing the champion to get stuck in the cage and hang suspended in mid air while The Knick Man climbed out to get the belt. Defended the TV Title until November where he unified the ASW and FWF Television Titles forming the ASW/FWF Unified Television Title.

FWF Television Title: Captured this title in November of 1997 by defeating FWF Television Champion Estrago. A week later, it was announced that the ASW and FWF struck a deal, unifying both the ASW and FWF Television Championships into one single title, the ASW/FWF Unified Television Title.

ASW/FWF Unified Television Title: The Knick Man was the first unified TV Champion after he beat Estrago to become the TV champ for both the ASW and the FWF in November. He held this title for about three weeks until he won the ASW World Title. Since ASW rules only allow a champion to hold one singles title at a time, The Knick Man had to forfit the Unified Television Title.

ASW World Title (2 times): Won this title in November of 1997 after winning an 8 man tournament on Holloween night to determine who would face number 1 contender "The Franchise" Andru Edwards for the vacant World belt. The Knick Man won the tournament, then defeated Andru Edwards for the belt. He was stripped of the title three weeks later because ASW Commissioner Rich Richards was not happy that The Knick Man had two straight matches which resulted in a double pin. A week later, The Knick Man regained the ASW World Title by defeating Lord Awesome, in what was suppose to be a four way match. Andru Edwards bowed out and the fourth participant, Dark Bishop was injured at the hands of The Knick Man and couldn't participate. The Knick Man's second title reign lasted a month until he lost to Hades, thanks to the betrayal of his longtime manager Chris Wrigley.

WFWF Supreme Title: The Knick Man defeated WFWF Supreme Champion, Matellica with ease in the month of November. He held on to the Supreme Title until the fed closed in December.

WFWF World Title: The Knick Man defeated WFWF World Champion Westside Walavan with help from Lord Humongous to become the new WFWF World Champion. However, conflict ensued between many of the wrestlers over The Knick Man's deceptive ways and resulted in the closing of the fed a week later.

UCWF Television Title: The Knick Man made his debut into the UCWF in dramatic fashion in December of 97, taking on the UCWF TV Champion Tommy Morris in a non-title match. When Morris' enemies showed up, The Knick Man took complete advantage of Morris' distractions, pinning the champion and being awarded the TV Title IN A NON-TITLE MATCH! It turned out, The Knick Man BRIBED the official. He held the belt for a month, before dropping it to Tommy Morris.

ASW American Title: In February of 98, The Knick Man became the first and ONLY man in ASW history to wear three seperate titles on three seperate occassions. He won the ASW American Title, defeating then champin Xavier Kole with help from his new stable, Knick Man's Finest. The Knick Man held on to the title until April of 98, where he lost the belt in a ladder match to James "Simply The Best" Pillow in very contraversal fashion.

ICWA World Title: In June of 1998, after his longest drought since the beginning of his career without capturing a single title, a period of one and a half months, The Knick Man become the first ever ICWA World Champion, winning the belt with much controversy as usual, this time bribing both the referee and the corrupt President of the ICWA to win the gold. He held on to the belt until late July when the fed closed.

INWI Can-Am Title: In August of 1998, The Knick Man received a shot at the INWI Can-Am Title against arch-rival James "Simply The Best" Pillow. James, a legend in the INWI was heavily favored to win the match. Surprisingly, The Knick Man was able to defeat "Simply The Best" to win the belt. Unfortunately, his victory would be short lived because a week later at the INWI's Ringmaster PPV, he lost the belt to "Kamakazi" Kris Keplan when Keplan hit him with a pair of brass knuckles.

WWO Television Title: At the end of August in the WWO's big PPV, Title Wave, The Knick Man received another shot at the WWO's TV Title. Last time around, he was defeated by then champion, Iron Man. This time, he would meet the man that beat Iron Man, former Bella Mafia Enforcer, Double Down. The Knick Man stepped up his performance and defeated Double Down to capture the Television Championship. He is the current WWO Television Champion. He was the longest reigning TV Champion, holding the belt for 2 months before dropping it in a Four Way Dance between Daniel Lewis, who won, Iron Man and Double Down.

HHWO North American Title: The Knick Man just recently won his first title ever as a "face", defeating "The Handler" Liam Rogan, The Pink Passion and "Kill Devil" Hakisho Shiniko to win the belt. The Knick Man was managed by his new manager, "Erotic" Erin McCoys, who in their first match together, were able to pick up some gold! Unfortunately, the HHWO folded shortly after that.

SCCW Television Title: After only four matches in the SCCW, The Knick Man has captured yet ANOTHER Television Title in his career, the SCCW Television Title! The Knick Man defeated "Killer" Mack Kipper for the belt and we shall see how well he can do!

WWO World Title: The Knick Man took home the top prize at WWO Fall Classic, defeating a man who hasn't lost a singles match in well over a year, "The Future" Troy Majors, under shocking circumstances to become the new WWO World Champion!

Awards

#74 1997 RSPWF Top 200 List
#35 1998 RSPWF Top 200 List:
In the most prestegious rating of wrestlers in the industry, in 1997, The Knick Man's rookie year, he was rated #74 in the top 200 wrestler's list, an incredible honor considering that during this time period, The Knick Man was only wrestling exclusively with the ASW and was a relative unknown to the RSPWF community. In 1998, The Knick Man DOUBLED his position ranking #35 in the world of wrestling, despite the fact that he was only an up and coming star in the two leagues he wrestled in at the time of the voting.

ASW Hall of Fame In January 1998, The Knick Man was honored by being selected to the Hall of Fame for Awesome Simulation Wrestling. His accomplishments included being the longest reigning ASW Television Champion, 2 time ASW World Heavyweight Champion, ASW American Champion, and the only man in ASW history NEVER to have lost a match via pinfall or submission. The Knick Man also won a variety of individual awards in the ASW, including Best Wrestler, a member of The Best Stable, and Best Finisher.

#3 1998 RSPWF Snapshot Half Year Awards, Best Face: In 1998, wrestling as a face in the AICW, The Knick Man was voted as one of the top "good guys" in wrestling, another surprise considering that most of The Knick Man's success has come wrestling as a more hated individual.

#7 1998 RSPWF Snapshot Half Year Awards, Best Wrestler: The Knick Man also took home another award at the Snapshots for the half year, #7th best wrestler in the entire sport of wrestling. If this is an accurate assessment on how the wrestling community feels about his accomplishments, I look for BIG things for The Knick Man at next years Top 200 list.

#10 1998 MVGJ Best African-American Wrestler: In an awards ceremony more for the "major" federations, The Knick Man was honored as the 10th best African American Wrestler. This was also a surprise, considering that The Knick Man has yet to wrestle in such "major" federations as the IIWF, SCRA and EMWC.

The Knick Man has won many other awards, but these are the ones which are of greatest prestege and honor.
