DAVID RIGOR: It's finally time John. JOHN JACOBS: This is the final stop on the Road to Fall Classic. It's now time for the main event of the evening. DAVID RIGOR: We've heard all the hype, we've seen all the buildup, we know exactly what is at stake....what we don't know is exactly how level the playing field will be for both individuals. Hopefully we can get some insight from Jimmy Dean Eagle who is standing by with the referee for the world title bout. Take it away Jimmy. [The scene cuts back to Jimmy Dean Eagle standing in front of a HUGE WWO Fall Classic banner. Standing next to Jimmy is a man about 5'8 and a little on the plump side. He's wearing a black and white stripped shirt, black slacks, and black sneakers. He shifts back and forth on his feet and stares uncomfortably at the ground.] JIMMY DEAN EAGLE: I am here with the newly appointed senior official Irv Rawley. Irv there is a lot of concern tonight as to just how fair the officiating is going to be... IRV RAWLEY: I want to stop you right there Jimmy, there's no need to question my ability to call this right down the middle. I have done nothing but referee fairly and to the best of my ability and that will not change now. I know exactly what's at stake here tonight and I know exactly the odds Troy Majors has to overcome. Now I'm not going to make it easier for Troy Majors and believe me there is just as much pressure from the fans as their is from other forces to go the other way. What I am going to do is make this as even a playing field as a I can and do my best to make sure the best man wins. [Troy Majors walks into the shot. He is in his black trunks, black boots with silver trim, and has the world title over his right shoulder. He's already broken a sweat from warming up in the locker room. Majors looks right in Irv's eyes.] TROY MAJORS: Irv, I've known you for a while and I've known you to do nothing but the best job out there in that ring. I know officials get knocked silly sometimes, I know things get a little out of control sometimes and I accept that as fact. If it turns into more than you can handle because of outside forces and I lose the belt, that's fine I'll take it like a man and extract revenge on the people who cost me the belt. If you have any direct involvement in the outcome, if you do anything besides call it right down the middle...look at me when I talk to you Irv, look me in the eye...you end up in the line of fire. You're looking at one bad son of a bitch, you're looking at a guy that nearly clocked Erin McCoys with a chair over a year ago because she got involved in my business. I may have a tight relationship with these people, but I haven't changed all that much...you try and screw me and I'll break you in half. They'll be sticking you, Stone, Knick Man, and anybody else in a wheel barrow and taking you to the hospital. [Majors and Irv have a long look between each other before Troy walks away. A couple of tense beats pass and Chandler Stone walks into the shot behind Irv. Chandler taps him on the shoulder and Irv jerks rudely before turning to meet Stone face to face.] CHANDLER STONE: Quite a substantial raise with being the senior official. Raise in pay and raise in responsibility....I'm sure you'll do the job you're being paid for and do it correctly. What are you waiting for, head to the ring, it's main event time. [Chandler exits, Irv looks at Jimmy breathes deeply, the tension of the match showing on his face and walks toward the arena entrance.] JIMMY DEAN EAGLE: Talk about being between a rock and a hard place, not going to be an easy night for our official, back to you David and John. [Cuts back to John and David at the table.] DAVID RIGOR: I don't know how Irv is going to be able to call this match. He's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. JOHN JACOBS: It's a real shame that things have become politics here in the WWO with Stone in charge, but he IS in charge and what Chandler says goes. DAVID RIGOR: It's not right. Look at poor Irv in the ring, he looks like he's going to pass out. Let's go to Alan Daniels, all the questions will be answered in the next thirty to forty-five minutes I assure you. ["Go NY Go NY Go" begins to play loudly in the arena as THUNDEROUS boos emerge from the crowd. The curtains part and out walks the portly young "gentleman" known as "Big Poppa" Kevin Zane. "Big Poppa" is still wearing his tailor made black Knick Man Championship Suit. A big smile crosses his face as he absorbs the boos for the fans. A few paces behind Mr Zane walks Phil Blunt and LSD, the team of Illegal Tactics! Both men are still dressed in their wrestling attire, with Blunt holding up a sign which says "Troy Majors: You're about to experience a Knick Man Championship High!" The team of Illegal Tactics cockily walks behind Mr Zane as they taunt some of the fans. Finally, the arrogant one himself, The Knick Man, emerges from behind the curtain as the fans IMMEDIATELY begin their "Knick Man Sucks" chants. The Knick Man is dressed in his usual ring attire, consisting of a blue and orange Knick Man Championship Jersey, as well as a pair of blue Knick Man trunks. To the left of him walks "Es T Be" James Pillow and to the right of him walks Double Down. The members of Knick Man's Finest make their way towards the ring, receiving loud boos from the crowd, as The Knick Man continues to edge the crowd on by making "belt motions" around his waist.] ALAN DANIELS: Introducing FIRST, the challenger...from NEW YORK CITY, he weighs in at 250 pounds......The leader of Knick Man's Finest.....THE KNICK MAAAAAAAAAANNN!! DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man huddling with the rest of KMF and Kevin Zane. Who the hell knows what they're planning? JOHN JACOBS: Let's go back to Alan Daniels DAVID RIGOR: Damn it, KMF is congregating on the ramp, they're waiting for the champ like a pack of hungry wolves. [IN MY WORLD by ANTHRAX begins playing over the PA system as the crowd ERUPTS.] DAVID RIGOR: This building is shaking! [The members of Knick Man's Finest slowly make their way up the ramp as Majors music continues to blast. Knick Man looks on with child like glee waiting for his associates to assault the champ as he walks through the curtain.] DAVID RIGOR: He's coming out through the crowd! Majors hops the rail, slides into the ring, drops the belt and it's on!!! Knick Man and Troy Majors are slugging it out in the center of the ring. A Knick Man right hand is blocked and Troy ROCKS him with a left hook. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man staggers back into the corner and KMF hits the ring. They're attacking the world champion. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is trying to fight for everything he's worth, but he's being overwhelmed. Illegal Tactics, James Pillow, Double Down, they're all stomping and punching on the world champ as the Knick Man begins to gloat in the corner. Rules are out the window in this one, it's a damn five on one handicap match. JOHN JACOBS: Irv Rawley is grabbing the mic... IRV RAWLEY: Knick Man, if you don't call of your boys right this second, I'm throwing out the match and Majors is leaving here with the belt. [Crowd pops HUGE] DAVID RIGOR: It's about damn time somebody did the right thing around here. Knick Man is protesting, he can't believe it. Believe it Knick Man somebody in officiating actually has a conscience. JOHN JACOBS: KMF is backing off of Majors and leaving the ring. DAVID RIGOR: Not without an argument though. Irv still has the mic. Troy rolling into the far corner away from the guys trying to destroy him. IRV RAWLEY: Now Pillow, Double Down, Illegal Tactics, Zane...YOU ARE OUTTA HERE!!! [Crowd pops HUGE again] DAVID RIGOR: One on one! It's going to be one on one like it's meant to be! JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man leaving the ring and discussing things over with KMF. He's FUMING right now, he thought his posse would be able to interfere freely. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man demanding Rawley come to the outside and discuss this with him. Look out, James Pillow has snuck away from the Finest and he's trying to slink around the apron and get into the ring. Irv is really laying the law down on Knick Man. JOHN JACOBS: Pillow's in the ring...FROM BEHIND... DAVID RIGOR: MAJORS SPINS AROUND! HE SAW HIM! Troy with a boot to the midsection...DDT ON PILLOW!!! Majors chucks the great cruiserweight to the concrete. Illegal Tactics coming to pick up the company garbage. IRV RAWLEY: I warning you Knick Man, one more stunt like that and I will suspend your entire stable for a month without pay. [ANOTHER big crowd pop] JOHN JACOBS: This has thrown the Knick Man off BIG TIME. He's having one last huddle with KMF reassuring them it will all work out. Majors is standing in the ring smirking. One has to think Troy got the reaction out of Rawley he wanted with his little face to face. A fire has certainly been lit under our new senior official. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man is bad mouthing Troy Majors from the outside and Troy just spat at him and waved him on in the ring. He wants the Knick Man to bring it on! Knick Man dives into the ring and... JOHN JACOBS: Irv steps between the two combatants. Taking control is one thing, this is starting to border on ridiculous. DAVID RIGOR: I disagree, he wants this to start on his terms. It's been a long time since an official took control of a match and I like it. Irv is checking the Knick Man for foreign objects and Knick Man is protesting big time... JOHN JACOBS: Irv has something! A pair of knuckle dusters. This guy really had all his bases covered tonight. Irv really scolding the Knick Man as he sticks those dusters in his pocket. Knick Man looks completely frustrated. DAVID RIGOR: He's going to have to wrestle clean, what a noble thought in this day and age. Poor guy, he can't cheat like he wanted to. JOHN JACOBS: Irv going to check the champion now and Majors obliges. DAVID RIGOR: If Troy did have a foreign object he wouldn't be hiding it...OH Knick Man cheap shots the champ while he's being checked by the referee. He got to cheat now he feels better. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man hammering the stunned champion with heavy rights that drives him back into the corner, now a series of knees to the midsection by the former NBA player. Knick Man following up with heavy forearm shivers along the jaw line of Troy Majors. He whips Troy to the opposite side and PLANTS him hard back first into the buckles. Majors is stunned in the corner. Knick Man charges in after and Troy gets his foot up.... DAVID RIGOR: NO! Knick Man expected it and gloats over outsmarting the world champ. Wait a second, Troy lets go of the top rope and uses the momentum of his falling body to jerk his foot back and send Knick Man careening into the steel post behind the top turnbuckle. Knick Man staggers backwards into the center of the ring and swings wildly. JOHN JACOBS: Troy ducks under the wild right and hits Knick Man with a belly to back suplex! DAVID RIGOR: And now he floats over on top with a series of right hands to the face of the cocky challenger. Majors picks Knick Man up by his jersey top and just HURLS him outside on to the concrete. JOHN JACOBS: Here we go baby! Hold on to your seats! DAVID RIGOR: Troy is on the apron, Knick Man getting up to his feet and Troy just kicks him right in the face. Knick Man staggers backwards and MAJORS BURIES HIM WITH A CLOTHESLINE OFF THE APRON! What velocity behind that. He damn near took his head off. Majors again with a series of right hands. JOHN JACOBS: Irv Rawley just through his hands up in the air as if to say let them fight it out. Majors picks up Knick Man and THEY'RE COMING THIS WAY. DAVID RIGOR: Troy just whips Knick Man hard into the Latvian commentators table. Majors charges again..ANOTHER CLOTHESLINE AND BOTH MEN GO TUMBLING OVER THE TABLE. JOHN JACOBS: They took out the Latvians already! There is a mess of monitors on the ring floor. Majors and Knick Man are on top of the Latvians... DAVID RIGOR: Troy is choking out Knick Man with one of the headset cords. JOHN JACOBS: Too bad the headset is still on one of the Latvians! DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man hits Majors with a quick elbow to the face and escapes from the cord tied around his neck. This is a good old fashioned Atlanta bar fight. Knick Man rakes Majors eyes and gets off the mess of turned over table, monitors, and wires. JOHN JACOBS: Troy's attack was quick and devastating and Knick Man is trying to get his wind back while Troy recovers his sight. Knick Man moving to the opposite ring rail...he's getting a head of steam. DAVID RIGOR: Majors reaches down and picks up a monitor! Knick Man charges...OOOHH BOWLING FOR DOLLARS! Troy Majors just hit Knick Man right in the chest with that TV monitor on the way in. JOHN JACOBS: In all the excitement we never got the chance to introduce our guest timekeeper member of the Atlanta Falcons, Chris Chandler. DAVID RIGOR: Chandler would have been proud of that pass right in between the numbers I assure you. Knick Man is crawling away from Majors. Troy is in pursuit. Troy grabs the crawling Knick Man by the legs and just drags him back towards the ring steps. JOHN JACOBS: This is like a scene from a horror movie. DAVID RIGOR: Majors still has Knick Man gripped by the legs....OCEAN CYCLONE SUPLEX ON THE STAIRS! DID YOU HEAR THAT BANG! JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is broken in half! This place is going nuts. The leader of KMF is just about rolled up in a little ball on the concrete. Irv Rawley leaps outside the ring, he's checking on Knick Man and pleading with the world champ to get in the ring. DAVID RIGOR: Irv trying to get control here, but you had to expect that this would happen. Majors does not take kindly to having his career threatened. Rawley is standing in between Majors and Knick Man telling Troy to get back inside. It's amazing that the Knick Man is even moving after his back just cracked against the steps. Majors is up on the ring apron as the Knick Man staggers to his feet. Troy getting a running start, he's going to dive....OH COME ON! JOHN JACOBS: Irv Rawley grabbed Majors by the ankle as he was set to leap and the world champ just fell off the apron and landed hard on the ring steps face first. Knick Man rolls away and back into the ring trying to get his wits together. Troy is still face down on the stairs. DAVID RIGOR: I don't care, I don't care how badly you want to keep control of the match, you never do that. You never put a wrestler in jeopardy like that, I don't care who he is. Troy rolling off the steps, he's busted open. This is a turning point of the match. Irv's intentions might have been good, but he just turned the match. JOHN JACOBS: The crimson flowing from Majors face brings a smile to the face of the Knick Man, that will make him feel better. Knick Man salutes Irv and you have to wonder just how good his intentions were... DAVID RIGOR: Majors struggling to his feet. Blood is really dripping down his forehead. That is a bad gash. Knick Man out after him and of course the cheap shot artist goes right for the cut with a few right hands to the head of the world champion. JOHN JACOBS: Like it or not, it's smart wrestling. Opponent has a weakness, you have to go for it, especially a warrior like Majors. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man slams Majors back on the steps to another loud clang, now it's the champion who is suffering. Knick Man rolling Majors back into the ring. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man looks like the cat who ate the canary, he thinks Majors is ripe for the kill. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man is slowing it down and that is what he needs to do to survive. He cinches Majors up...SNAP SUPLEX by the challenger. He holds on to Troy, rolls through and back to his feet. He sets him up again.. JOHN JACOBS: This time he holds Troy up and makes him think about it. Look at the blood drip out of Majors' forehead. DAVID RIGOR: Delayed Vertical suplex by Knick Man, what impact. He covers... ONE! Majors slides out the shoulder and the Knick Man is complaining to Rawley that he should be counting faster, give me a break. JOHN JACOBS: It's obvious Knick Man expected more than what the referee is giving him so far tonight. DAVID RIGOR: Too bad, God forbid he actually wins something on his own. Knick Man, grabs the injured world champion once again, he sets and delivers a gut wrench suplex. I hate to say it, but the fluke injury suffered by the champ and the way Knick Man is starting to pour on the offense, this title reign MIGHT be coming to an end. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man has the advantage now and he's picking apart a wounded champion. A badly wounded champion. He's taking his time and attacking methodically. The crowd is trying to get Majors into it, but he's in real bad shape at this point. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man hoists Majors up again and delivers a crushing side salto backbreaker. Cover again.. ONE!! TWO!!!! Majors is not done fighting yet, another kickout and again Knick Man complains to Rawley. JOHN JACOBS: I think he muttered something about doing the job he was hired for. DAVID RIGOR: He is, he's being impartial. Knick Man is climbing to the top rope now, unusual for the former NBA player. He's perched up there. JOHN JACOBS: Majors is trying to pull himself up, he's wearing the crimson mask full on now. This might be the most blood I have seen shed by one wrestler since the inception of the WWO. DAVID RIGOR: This one isn't for the children. Knick man leaps...DOUBLE AXEHANDLE. One of the his signature moves. Knick Man looks down at the bloody world champ and says that's all folks. Cover. ONE!!!!!!! TWO!!! TWO AND NINE/TENTHS, the champion has so much heart, but right now it's just a matter of time. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man again getting on Irv's case, you'd think with the serious advantage he has in this match he wouldn't worry about the officiating. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man grinding his boot into Majors' forehead trying to open that cut even more. What a sadistic individual. He picks Majors up by the hair and hurls the weakened champion into the corner and now unloads with a heavy right hand, snapping Troy's head back. Another one. JOHN JACOBS: Majors beckons Knick Man to hit him again! Troy is waving it on. DAVID RIGOR: He's tough as nails. Knick Man obliges with another hard right and another and another...and Majors keeps waving him on, this crowd is going insane. The Majors chants are starting again. Knick Man with another heavy right and Majors sticks him with a jab to the face. Knick Man throws another big right and is met with another quick jab which rocks his head back. JOHN JACOBS: Troy is getting his second wind! DAVID RIGOR: A series of right hands by the world champion rocks the Knick Man on his heels and MAJORS RUNS HIM OVER WITH A VICIOUS LARIAT! Both men are down on the mat, the world champion will not stop fighting. JOHN JACOBS: Blood loss has slowed Majors down, Irv checking on Troy's cut and Majors just shoves him away. DAVID RIGOR: Despite that dynamic clothesline Knick Man is up first, he grabs Majors by the head. JOHN JACOBS: Double leg trip by Troy...he rolls over the top of Knick Man DAVID RIGOR: PINNING COMBINATION! ONE!!!!! TWO!!!!!! KNICK MAN IS OUT JUST IN TIME. JOHN JACOBS: And he's into it with Irv again, what does he expect not to have his shoulders counted? DAVID RIGOR: I'm sure he expected a lot tonight, but aside from one mistake by Rawley that caused Majors' cut he's done a great job of calling it down the middle. Knick Man walking back over to Majors....OH LOW BLOW BY THE CHAMPION...INSIDE CRADLE... ONE!!!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!! KNICK MAN BARELY SLIDES OUT AGAIN. Majors knows he has to end it fast, I don't know if he has enough left to go on a big offensive run. Knick Man now aggressively stomping on the world champion. JOHN JACOBS: There are blood stains on the canvas David, this is getting to a really dangerous point. DAVID RIGOR: Doctors are starting to make their way out to the ringside area. They're watching this situation very closely. Knick Man tosses Majors to the outside, he's looking to hit a fatal blow right here and take that title. Knick Man out after Troy, he grabs him and rams him face first into the apron. Knick Man setting Majors up for an Irish whip into the rail. JOHN JACOBS: OH he hit hard. DAVID RIGOR: But he bounces right back with a lariat! NO! Knick Man ducks it, Troy sails past him. Majors stops, turns, Knick Man charges......BELLY TO BELLY! BELLY TO BELLY ON CONCRETE! JOHN JACOBS: Majors caught him beautifully on the way in, the world champion just will not stop fighting. DAVID RIGOR: There is not one ounce of quit in this man. He can't take advantage though, doctors are trying to make their way over to the fallen champion. Knick Man is suffering from the belly to belly. Majors trying to crawl away from the doctors, he does not want a stoppage, nobody does. Majors crawling on top of Knick Man and hammering away with right hands again. JOHN JACOBS: HE'S BITING HIM!!! Majors is biting the Knick Man's nose. DAVID RIGOR: It's a Guerilla War in Atlanta! Knick Man finally shoves Majors off of him, he's got blood on him now but I don't know if it's Troy's blood or his own. JOHN JACOBS: There is blood on the apron, on the arena floor, in the ring, this is a mess. Majors clawing his way back into the ring. DAVID RIGOR: AND HE'S STANDING ON HIS OWN TWO FEET DEMANDING THAT THE KNICK MAN COME ON IN AND FIGHT HIM! And here comes Knick Man JOHN JACOBS: They meet in the middle of the ring and the fist fight is on again. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is getting the best of it, this guy is UNBELIEVABLE. Knick Man thumbed him in the eye. Majors staggers back towards the corner and the Knick Man is hammering him down. Majors is sinking down in the corner, he's covering up. JOHN JACOBS: Here come the doctors. Irv is pushing Knick Man back into the middle of the ring and the doctors are checking on the world champion. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is spitting fire, he just pushed Irv out of his way and he's waving the Knick Man back again. Knick Man and Majors exchanging right hands. JOHN JACOBS: Irv is stepping in again. The doctors want to look at the cut, I think this one is going to get stopped. DAVID RIGOR: It wouldn't be the first time in the WWO, Andru Edwards vs Eric Draven ended with a stoppage a little less than one year ago when Edwards could no longer defend himself due to blood loss, but Majors is standing and as long as he's standing he's going to want to fight. JOHN JACOBS: Troy won't let the doctors check him, he's blocking the cut...he just spit at Knick Man DAVID RIGOR: He's trying to keep the match going at all costs. Knick Man almost LEAPS over Irv and charges into the corner, he's hammering on the champion again. Troy is taking it like a man....AND FIGHTING BACK. JOHN JACOBS: This needs to be stopped David. For his own safety that is one of the worst cuts I have ever seen in wrestling. He's got blood in his hair, in his goatee, this is bad. DAVID RIGOR: They're separating the two again. I would hate to see the world title end on a stoppage. Irv is imploring the Knick Man to stay back, Majors is cursing up a storm. The doctors are asking him questions and he's not too happy. Troy is finally going to let the medical staff look at his wound.....HE BROKE AWAY. JOHN JACOBS: Majors tore out of the corner like gangbusters and hit Knick Man with a running elbow. Irv just looks towards the doctors and shrugs. I can't believe it's going to continue. DAVID RIGOR: They're going to have to kill him. They're going to have to kill him in order to stop the match. Majors has his third wind now...spinning neckbreaker on the Knick Man. He picks him up...another spinning neckbreaker. Majors picks him up again, a THIRD spinning neckbreaker, Knick Man is twitching on the mat. JOHN JACOBS: Where does he get it from? DAVID RIGOR: Anger, pride, guts, heart, toughness, he's a man's man and he don't even need to wear plaid. Majors has the Knick Man set up.....PILEDRIVER! A huge flurry of offense by the world champion. Majors is going for the cover. JOHN JACOBS: Irv stopped to check his cut! Majors just spit at him and screamed "count" ONE!!!! TWO!!!! KNICK MAN ESCAPES. DAVID RIGOR: I know Irv is trying to look out for Majors, but you count the fall, you count the fall and it's over. That second COULD have been the difference. Majors is screaming at our senior official not to worry about the blood. Majors back on Knick Man, he picks him up, hooks him...VERTICAL SUPLEX COMING. JOHN JACOBS: No, Majors couldn't hold him, Knick Man back to a vertical base, he knees Majors in the midsection, and sweeps his leg out. DAVID RIGOR: Blood loss starting to give Majors problems. Knick Man wrenching on his leg. Trying to take apart the world champion piece by piece. Knick Man with a hamstring snap on Majors. He's pulling Troy to the middle of the ring......FIGURE FOUR! FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK! Majors yells out in pain, this is an excruciating hold. JOHN JACOBS: And it's one of Knick Man's favorites, he's put away quite a few guys with this. Majors is in the middle of the ring, the only thing he can do is turn it over and with the loss of blood does he have the strength? DAVID RIGOR: Irv is asking Majors if he wants to give it up, but Troy responds with an EMPHATIC no, the man will pass out, he will suffer a broken limb, but he's so damn stubborn he will never ever say I quit. JOHN JACOBS: Irv is checking the cut again, we might see a stoppage! DAVID RIGOR: Majors is trying to cover up his face so Irv can't get at that cut. He's got to fight the figure four and fight from getting this match stopped. Majors continues to shake his head no while covering up his cut. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man pointing out his shoulders are down! ONE!!! TWO!!!!! Majors sits up and this crowd breathes a sigh of relief. DAVID RIGOR: And Irv is trying to look at the cut again. Majors keeps slapping his hands away. He's got to be in so much pain, he REFUSES to surrender to Knick Man. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is screaming at Irv to just ring the bell. He's screaming "He can't escape" over and over. DAVID RIGOR: Irv is ignoring him, he's really concerned about the gash on Majors' forehead. Troy telling him he doesn't give a you know what about it. Troy is vehement in is demands that this match not be stopped. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man continues to crank on the pressure, Majors' shoulders are down again. ONE!!!! TWO!!!!!! THAT WAS CLOSE! DAVID RIGOR: He's got so much heart, so much fortitude, they can never take that away from him. He's biting on his own fingers to try and ease the pain, like a soldier biting down on a bullet. Knick Man is in Irv's ear again, telling him do what you're paid to do. Irv just glaring at him. Majors is cinched in deep. JOHN JACOBS: How low can he go? Knick Man is telling Irv to think of his family, think of his children...this is sick. This is completely sick. Irv's expression just changed, I think he's thinking about stopping it...HE'S GOING TO CALL FOR THE BELL! DAVID RIGOR: MAJORS IS ROLLING IT OVER! THIS PLACE IS GOING NUTS! Knick Man must have eased the pressure while trying to bully Irv into stopping the match. Knick Man is trying like crazy to keep the figure four under control. Majors is trying to turn it with everything he has left. JOHN JACOBS: ALMOST THERE! DAVID RIGOR: HE'S GOING TO DO IT! JOHN JACOBS: HE DID IT! THIS PLACE HAS EXPLODED! DAVID RIGOR: Majors has turned the figure four over and now the pressure is on the legs of the Knick Man. Knick Man is stretching and reaching for the ropes with everything he's got. JOHN JACOBS: What's Majors doing? DAVID RIGOR: He's trying to adjust..he's adjusting his body, he's hooking Knick Man's legs through his arms, oh my God, he's going for it, he's gonna get it..... JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is struggling to get away. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is trying to get his balance, he's coming to his feet, the legs are wrapped up...CROSSHAIR!!! HE GOT IT! HE GOT IT! IT'S OVER IT'S OVER!!! The Georgia Dome is going completely insane. Majors has turned Chris Bowenstern's old move into his alternate finisher and has had DEADLY success with it. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is screaming in pain, how much of this can he take? DAVID RIGOR: What in the hell is Irv doing? He's checking Majors cuts again? Why? Why? He's got the advantage, check for the submission! I understand the importance of wrestler safety when you had this much blood loss, but we have a match ending hold. JOHN JACOBS: Majors is trying to jerk his head away from Irv. He's screaming at him to check Knick Man. Right now Knick Man is hanging tough and shaking his head no David. DAVID RIGOR: The ref should NOT be concerned with Troy Majors right now. I could understand if he was prone, I could understand checking the cut when he was in the figure four, but not right now. HE'S SHAKING HIS HEAD YES! IRV TURN AROUND! HE'S SHAKING HIS HEAD YES! THIS SHOULD BE OVER! JOHN JACOBS: Is Knick Man submitting or is the pain of this hold so bad it's just causing his body and head to jerk in that manner. DAVID RIGOR: We'll never know because Irv is continuing to check on the world champion. Majors dropped the damn hold. He's jawing with Irv about the checking of the cut. This is not for the faint of heart. Knick Man has his hand on his lower back he's still crying out in pain. Majors had that cinched in deep. JOHN JACOBS: Troy is not happy with the officiating, but really we have never had a bloodbath like this in the WWO and Irv is worried about the champion. Is it really worth a win tonight if he's out of action for an extended time after this is over. DAVID RIGOR: Majors spins back around to get back on Knick Man. He's hooking the legs up again, if he reapplies the Crosshair it will end right now. He's trying to turn it again, you can feel the crowd ready to explode. JOHN JACOBS: NO! KNICK MAN WITH AN INSIDE CRADLE! ONE!!! TWO!!!!!! DAVID RIGOR: MAJORS ROLLS THROUGH, REVERSAL! ONE!!!! TWO!!!!!!! KNICK MAN IS OUT. Both men are crawling towards the ropes. This has been a war and it has taken it's toll on both of the bodies of these amazing athletes. A bloody Majors, a battered Knick Man who will get to his feet first? JOHN JACOBS: Both guys pulling themselves up by the ropes, they reach their feet at the same time. DAVID RIGOR: They charge each other..DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE, both men are down. They both had the same idea in mind. JOHN JACOBS: And we're back to square one with both guys once again clawing to their feet. Majors is up first. DAVID RIGOR: LOW BLOW BY KNICK MAN. Majors is doubled over and he has a new pain to worry about. Knick Man hooks his head...THUNDEROUS DDT. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man trying to get his wind back, he rolls over and drapes an arm over Majors. ONE! TWO!! DAVID RIGOR: HOW CLOSE CAN YOU GET? JOHN JACOBS: Irv Rawley was an eyelash away from counting the fatal three. So close to a new champion. Knick Man starting to wonder just what it will take to put this man away. DAVID RIGOR: We refer to a lot of guys in this business as a machine, as wrestling machines, well Troy Majors has called himself the Terminator and what he's doing tonight confirms that beyond a shadow of a damn doubt. Knick Man dragging a stunned Majors to the middle of the ring, he's got his legs......BOSTON CRAB. He's sitting deep. Irv slides down into position to ask the champion and Majors shaking his head no. This crowd urging the champ to get out of this hold. JOHN JACOBS: Realistically with all the blood he's lost so far, how much can he really have left? The tank might be close to empty if it's not already on it. DAVID RIGOR: He refuses to quit. They'll have to bleed Troy Majors dry before he ever quits. JOHN JACOBS: That is a distinct possibility. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man is screaming for Irv Rawley to pay attention to him. Rawley slides over in front of Knick Man, Majors is reaching for the ropes, but they are an eternity away. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is just imploring Rawley to call for the bell and Rawley shaking his head no. Knick Man is infuriated. He's really laying the bad mouth on Rawley. He keeps mouthing "you gotta put the kids though college." DAVID RIGOR: This is sickening, they're trying to make a good man sell out. They're putting him in just an awful situation. JOHN JACOBS: Rawley gets up he's staring at the time keeper. Look at the smile on the Knick Man's face. DAVID RIGOR: I hope he doesn't do it. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man screaming at Rawley to do it. DAVID RIGOR: ADRENALINE RUSH! ADRENALINE RUSH! MAJORS IS STARTING TO POWER OUT OF IT! KNICK MAN IS ALMOST BEGGING RAWLEY TO RING IT! HE WANTS TO STEAL THE DAMN TITLE! JOHN JACOBS: Rawley looks so torn. DAVID RIGOR: And Majors makes up his mind for him, HE IS OUT OF THE BOSTON CRAB, the gutsy world champion has powered out of it! Atlanta is rocking again. My God what heart. Knick Man just shoved Irv Rawley down, what a bully. JOHN JACOBS: Majors used so much of the reserve to get out, he's lying face first in the center of the ring in what amounts to a puddle of his own blood. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man grabbing Majors by the legs and hurls some more threats at Irv. Careers are at a crossroads for everybody in this match. He's trying to turn him...but Majors is fighting it with everything, with all his heart and soul. How can you not get behind this man? He fights with everything, every single night of his life against all the odds. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man is straining to turn the Boston Crab over, he's almost there, if he turns it Rawley looks ready to ring the bell! We might be seconds away from a new champion by hook or by crook. DAVID RIGOR: NO! Majors reversed his momentum! He spun his body the other way and Knick Man just went soaring through the ropes to the outside. Majors is crawling on his hands and knees to the ropes and he's pulling himself up again. He's a bloodier than all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies combined, but he still wants to fight. JOHN JACOBS: He's going to the outside. I have a feeling all hell is about to break loose. DAVID RIGOR: About to? About to? Well, if hell hasn't happened yet in this match I hate to see what it's going to look like. Knick Man had the wind knocked out of him on the floor. Majors is out on him with rights and left hands. This place is rocking and rolling and so is the champion of the world. JOHN JACOBS: He's tearing off that Knick Man championship jersey and choking the challenger with it. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is trying to cut off the oxygen supply of Knick Man...and OH he just whiplashes him. He just yanked on the jersey and whiplashes Knick Man to the floor. Majors falls backwards on his rear. JOHN JACOBS: He has to be woozy from blood loss, has to be taking its toll on Troy Majors. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is crawling over to Knick Man to try and continue the attack, Knick Man raking at the eyes of the world champ, raking at the bloody face. Knick Man hoists his opponent up and drills him with several knees to the midsection, now a straight right hand sends Troy reeling back towards us. JOHN JACOBS: Majors is swinging wildly, blood has to be messing with his vision, with his perception. Troy stumbles back on our table. Knick Man is searching for a chair and he's got one. DAVID RIGOR: Troy's just about collapsed on our table here. Why isn't Irv checking him now? JOHN JACOBS: Fear leads to paralysis sometimes David. DAVID RIGOR: I suppose. Knick Man really measuring the champ. He's an arrogant man is John Williams. He's taunting guest timekeeper Chris Chandler. Majors is trying to get to his feet using the table as support. JOHN JACOBS: Knick Man charges with the chair! DAVID RIGOR: GOOD GOD! GOOD GOD! GOOD GOD! MAJORS SIDESTEPPED HIM AND KNICK MAN WAS LAUNCHED INTO JOHN JACOBS. JOHN IS OUT COLD. Knick Man's own face got sandwiched into the chair as he flew into John Jacobs. I think he's cut open now...and I'm on my own. Knick Man IS cut open. Now it's Majors with a chair and nobody swings the heavy lumber like the champion of the world. Knick Man staggering up to his feet...BAM! DID YOU HEAR THE SMACK? How could you not? Knick Man is flat on his back right by me. Majors once again flops to the concrete from the buildup of punishment. Medical staff is running out here to check on John Jacobs. And these two tough lions refuse to quit, both of them are crawling back towards the ring. Troy Majors is 27 years old, Knick Man is 30 both these guys are young, but this match is a career shortening experience. Neither of these guys will ever be the same...what in the hell is this? [The Atlanta crowd begins booing very loudly as Noah DeMarco makes his way down the aisle in an electric wheelchair. He waves goodbye to John Jacobs as he is stretchered out of the arena and makes his way towards the broadcast area. Noah wheels behind the table and puts on a headset. He's wearing the same blue tuxedo outfit from the Road To Fall Classic Show.] DAVID RIGOR: What the hell are you doing out here? NOAH DEMARCO: Lending my expert commentary to this match, don't you worry about me, worry about the match. Worry about your precious Troy Majors because his time is running out. DAVID RIGOR: You make me sick, Stone makes me sick, but I guess he sent you out here so I have no choice, but to put up with you. Both gladiators have made it back into the ring. They're both just about spent from this gory war. Irv is checking on both men there isn't a lot of movement going on from either individual. NOAH DEMARCO: Irv should stop the match and award the belt to Knick Man. DAVID RIGOR: On what standing? NOAH DEMARCO: Cause that's the way Stone wants it. He really doesn't need a reason to award the match to Knick Man you know...whatever happens Chandler can justify it. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man getting to his feet first. Majors is the worse for wear. Knick Man trying to steady himself and now he's moving back in on the champ. NOAH DEMARCO: Time to end this and bring the title where it belongs. DAVID RIGOR: DOCTOR BOMB by the Knick Man, you can feel the concern racing through this capacity crowd. ONE TWO HE GOT THE SHOULDER UP! Knick Man is still stunned from the chair shots he took on the outside and wasn't able to hook the leg, but he will remain in control here. Knick Man hooking Majors again...SNAP SUPLEX, he really snapped that one off. Knick Man sits up and smiles as blood trickles down his face. His cut is a paper cut compared to Troy's, but it's still bad enough. NOAH DEMARCO: I didn't notice all that blood when I got out here...I think I'm going to be sick......I know I'm going to be sick. DAVID RIGOR: Put a sock in it. NOAH DEMARCO: NOT THE SOCK AGAIN! DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man up, Majors still flat on his back. Knick Man signaling the end is near. He picks Majors up, whips him to the ropes, Knick Man hits the far side for extra momentum. Knick Man going for the Thesz Press....MAJORS CATCHES HIM!! SPINEBUSTER SPINEBUSTER SPINEBUSTER!!!! COVER! ONE!! TWO!!!!! THREEE!!!!!!! NOAH DEMARCO: [leaping out of his wheelchair] NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! DAVID RIGOR: No wait, Irv is saying it was a two count, it was just a two and look at you, look at you, you're not hurt, you're not hurt at all. NOAH DEMARCO: It was a moment of clarity, the pain is tremendous...thank God Knick Man kicked out. DAVID RIGOR: That may have been everything Troy had left....no it's not, no it's not, where the hell does he get it from? Majors is getting back to his feet one more time and you have to give credit where it's due, so is the Knick Man. NOAH DEMARCO: My tummy hurts. This is too nerve racking for me David. I need my tranquilizers. DAVID RIGOR: I'm running out of superlatives to describe these two, but they continue to slug it out. The crowd reacting to every landed right and left hand. Knick Man is starting to win the slugfest! Majors is really running out of energy. NOAH DEMARCO: He's the world's greatest everything...well it's a tie with Stoney you know. DAVID RIGOR: Knick Man swings wildly, Majors ducks down, MODIFIED ROLL UP! ONE! TWO!!! NO! NO! NO! Shoulder up. NOAH DEMARCO: Is the Dome spinning? DAVID RIGOR: They're exchanging fists again, this is like one of those tough men contests and this time Majors is getting the better of it. Hard, hard right hands by the world champion. Knick Man ducks a wild swing from Majors, FULL NELSON...INTO A DRAGON SUPLEX!!! ONE!!!!!!!!! TWOOOO!!!! SO CLOSE AGAIN! Troy Majors is out again. NOAH DEMARCO: I counted five! DAVID RIGOR: No you didn't NOAH DEMARCO: HOW DO YOU KNOW? DAVID RIGOR: Cause you didn't look at your fingers. NOAH DEMARCO: Damn it, you got me Rigor. DAVID RIGOR: A very frustrated Knick Man tosses the stunned champ into the corner and now is laying in the leather with those hard backhanded chops. Listen to the smack of the flesh. We might actually be nearing the 60 minute time limit. What's the time of the match? Another vicious chop by the Knick Man. Majors has blood streaming down his body, his chest is beat red, his hurt and STILL HE FIGHTS. Majors with a series of right hands to the bridge of the nose. Majors spins Knick Man around in the corner and he fires off those hard chops. NOAH DEMARCO: C'mon Knick Man! GO NEW YORK GO! DAVID RIGOR: Majors is from New York too you imbecile. Majors pulls Knick Man back to the middle of the ring, double underhook and he drops Knick Man face first on his knee! COVER ONE!! TWO!!!! Knick Man is out again! NOAH DEMARCO: It wasn't supposed to go this long. The plan was for fifteen minutes. DAVID RIGOR: Well the best laid plans go out the window when it comes to Troy Majors, we are approaching 45 minutes of awesome action. Majors stumbles over to the far side ropes, he's going to hit a lariat or something. Who knows what is going through his mind now? NOAH DEMARCO: I gotta pee! DAVID RIGOR: Daddy must have bought your degree. NOAH DEMARCO: Cost him a small fortune actually. DAVID RIGOR: Majors charges...Knick Man sidesteps and shoves the champ to the other side. Knick Man criss crosses with Majors...RUNNING FOREARM ON THE REBOUND. Majors got leveled. Knick Man hit Troy with so much momentum HE fell to the canvas. That's his setup for the Slam Dunk. NOAH DEMARCO: He's gonna do it. He's gonna win it fair and square! DAVID RIGOR: If he hits Slam Dunk he surely will. Majors is set up on the top rope. Knick Man with a few right hands to the face. He climbs up there. He's cinching Troy up, here comes that DEVASTATING top rope piledriver, this will end the title reign of Troy Majors........... WAIT! Troy is blocking it! He's holding on for his life. Knick Man is trying with everything to hoist him up....BACKDROP! BACKDROP COUNTER! MAJORS JUST BACKDROPPED KNICK MAN FROM THE TOP ROPE TO CONCRETE!!!!! Did you hear the splatter? Did you hear the thud? That was human flesh smashing against a cement floor. NOAH DEMARCO: He's not moving! Majors broke poor Knick Man's back! Strip that barbarian of the title. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is turning himself around...he is not, he is not....HE LEAPS....FLYING ELBOW!!!!! ELBOW FROM THE TOP ROPE TO THE FLOOR! Majors is sprawled over Knick Man, God it has to be over. For the well being of these two men they have to stop this. Majors is pulling himself up on the apron covering. He's on his feet again, if just barely. He's rolling the Knick Man towards us. NOAH DEMARCO: I'M OUT OF HERE! WE DON'T WANT ANOTHER JOHN JACOBS! DAVID RIGOR: Noah is wheeling away. I'm going to stick it out and stay in the trenches folks. Majors rolls the semi-concious Knick Man right here on my table. Troy crawls on top with him. Oh, he's not going to....This isn't going to be pretty. Majors has Knick Man hooked up he's going to........ PILEDRIVER THROUGH THE TABLE! THEY JUST BROKE THE TABLE IN HALF! HE PILEDROVE KNICK MAN THROUGH MY TABLE! MONITORS ARE FLYING! I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I'M ON. Knick Man and Troy Majors are laying in the mess that used to be a broadcast table. This is like a horror movie and neither monster will die. Majors grabs Knick Man in a headlock and he's dragging him back to the ring. They just told me in my ear that I'm still on, this is a warzone. This is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in all my years as an announcer. Noah is wheeling back over here. NOAH DEMARCO: STOP THE INSANITY! DAVID RIGOR: Who are you Susan Powter? Majors rolls Knick Man back in the ring, this place is going bonkers. Knick Man appears to be out cold. Majors on top for the cover...... Irv isn't counting...COUNT HIM! WHY IN THE HELL ISN'T HE COUNTING THAT MAN. NOAH DEMARCO: Cause the move occurred outside the ring.....yeah...it occurred outside so it wouldn't be fair to count. DAVID RIGOR: You mean to let me he let everything else that happened in this match go, but he's going to lay down the letter of the law now? It was over right there. Majors off of Knick Man, he's questioning Irv. Rawley pleading his case. He's explaining to Troy why he didn't make the count. Troy not happy with the explanation. Rawley telling Majors to make another cover....Troy back over to Knick Man....WHAT IN THE HELL? IRV JUST TOOK THE KNUCKLE DUSTERS OUT OF HIS POCKET. HE'S GOING TO NAIL MAJORS WITH THEM! IT'S A SETUP! IT'S A SETUP! ALL ALONG A DAMN SETUP! NOAH DEMARCO: WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR HIT HIM??? [leaps out of wheelchair] DAVID RIGOR: You're all frauds! Rawley swings, MAJORS DUCKS AWAY....FUTURESHOCK! FUTURESHOCK! RAWLEY IS FLAT OUT! THIS PLACE IS GOING NUTS! Knick Man is back up, but he's still in La La land from the table blow. He staggers towards Majors, Troy slips behind him...FUTURESHOCK! FUTURESHOCK! Majors is waving towards the crowd....he covers Knick Man...... CROWD: ONE!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!!!! THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! DAVID RIGOR: HE DID IT! HE DID IT! HE DID IT! CHRIS CHANDLER IS RINGING THE BELL! IT'S OVER! NOAH DEMARCO: THEY CAN'T COUNT THAT! DAVID RIGOR: If you guys can make up the rules as you go, so can Majors. Majors slides out of the ring, he slumps over the time keeper's table clutching the belt. Alan Daniels is just shrugging. ALAN DANIELS: THE TIME OF THE MATCH 52 MINUTES AND 33 SECONDS, YOUR WINNER AND STTIIIIILLLLLLLL WWO WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION "THE FUTURE" TRRROOOOOOYYYYY MAAAAAAJJOOOOOOOOORRRRRRS! DAVID RIGOR: AND TROY SHALL OVERCOME!!!! NOAH DEMARCO: [sobbing] It can't be, it can't be. DAVID RIGOR: Majors is staggering up the aisle. These fans are saluting the most courageous son of a bitch they or I or anybody has ever seen. Oh no....Sudden Justice, Bounty Hunter, Illegal Tactics, and Double Down have just jumped the champion. They are beating the living hell out of him. He went through a war with the Knick Man, he can't defend himself against all these guys. NOAH DEMARCO: OUR SAVIOR!!! DAVID RIGOR: Chandler Stone is marching to ringside in a huff. He has the microphone, he just RIPPED it out of Alan Daniels hands. CHANDLER STONE: None of you are official WWO referees. None of you are licensed, that fall WILL not stand...this match will continue. NOAH DEMARCO: Law is being brought forward to the lawless. DAVID RIGOR: This sucks. This just plain sucks. The match continues and Majors is being mugged in the aisle by five guys. Chandler Stone is in the ring reviving the Knick Man. Knick Man sitting up. The thugs, the criminals, the hired hands are tossing Majors back into the ring. Our president leaps outside. Majors is stunned, Knick Man is trying to shake off the cobwebs. We still don't have a referee. NOAH DEMARCO: HERE I COME TO SAVE THE DAY! [Noah stands again and takes off the top of his tuxedo outfit revealing a ref shirt.] DAVID RIGOR: That goof? That goof is going to make the decision on the most important match in WWO history, a match that should really be over? This fool? Knick Man drapes his arm on Majors.... ONE!!!!! TWO!!!!!! HE'S OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is going out of its mind. Troy Majors will not stop fighting. He will never stop fighting. Noah is slapping the Knick Man on the face lightly, they're trying to revive him completely. What's he taking out of his pocket? It's smelling salts, give me a damn break here. Knick Man's head just jerked back, he swings wildly and just about decks Noah. Majors is pulling himself up on the ropes, struggling for his life. Oh no...Stone is sneaking into the ring on the other side. Like he even has to sneak, Noah isn't going to stop him. He's got the Knick Man's knuckle dusters and he's putting them on his shoe. LSD holding Majors up....STONEYKICK....... MISSES!!!! Majors ducks away Stone KNOCKS LSD COLD! Majors grabs Stone, he's firing away with every he's got. He's rocking the co-owner of the WWO with right hands. Knick Man is been brought back around. He knees Majors in the kidneys, INVERTED DDT! COVER! STONE IS HOLDING MAJORS' LEGS! ONE!!!!! TWO!!!!!!! THREEEEEEE!!!!!!! DeMarco counts three and this arena is bombarding the ring with all kinds of trash. We might be in a near riot situation, this might be the worst moment, the lowest moment in the history of professional wrestling. Stone is screaming at Daniels to announce the winner. Majors is just about out of it. ALAN DANIELS: HERE IS YOUR WINNER AND NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWW WWO WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION........THE KNICK MAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN! DAVID RIGOR: This Atlanta crowd is very hostile right now. Double Down, Sudden Justice, and Bounty Hunter are continuing to pound on a helpless Troy Majors. LSD is back up. Oh you lowlife son's of----they're carrying the Knick Man on their shoulders. Stone and Illegal Tactics are carrying Knick Man on their shoulders as the rest of the flunkies try and end Troy Majors' career. WAIT JUST A DAMN MINUTE...HERE COME THE BROTHERS IN ARMS! Stone is getting out of Dodge like a thief in the night...LANCE MARSHALL AND THE KNICK MAN ARE HOOKING IT UP. Sabbath is nailing LSD, they're still outnumbered though, Majors is in no condition to fight any more. HERE COMES THE WESTSIDERS!!! THE WESTSIDERS ARE AFTER BOUNTY HUNTER AND SUDDEN JUSTICE!! HERE COMES DEVON BURKE! BURKE IS AFTER DOUBLE DOWN!!! Majors is a crumbled heap in the corner. Stone and DeMarco are running out of here. Phil Blunt is getting a chair outside the ring while the war rages on around him. He's going to try and take out Majors once and for all. SOMEBODY GET OVER THERE AND SAVE MAJORS. BLUNT REARS BACK WITH THE CHAIR...MAJORS ROLLS AWAY! LOW BLOW! LOW BLOW! LOW BLOW ON BLUNT! MAJORS HAS THE CHAIR! He can't stand up, but he's swinging the chair for his life, to protect his career. Knick Man's Finest is taking off. The Stormtroopers are running off. Knick Man has the world title belt. This crowd is booing him out of the building as he holds it up on the way out. Marshall glaring out at the Knick Man as Alanna takes her place by his side. Majors is going to need some serious medical help right now, I mean it. Alanna, Marshall, Sabbath, Sayaka, The Westsiders, and Burke are all concerned about the condition of the former champ, he took an awful beating and lost a lot of blood. Folks, I've never been more disgusted in my life by this business. We're out of time on the satellite, I don't know what else to say. Knick Man is the new champ. See you on Primetime.
