I love this one, bright and beautiful. Open up a new selection 100 by 100 pixels. Then select the paint brush tool. Under controls for paintbrush, choose round as the brush tip and mist as the texture. Use the paintbrush to paint dots on the selection well spaced, with the lighter color of your choice. Then use the tool to paint dots with the darker color. I then flood filled twice, once offsets the color and twice fills the color of your choice back in. I then used the paintbrush again to paint the lighter colored dots in a circle and saved it as a gif file.
