America

In memory of those who lost their lives in the tragic

attack on America on September 11, 2001.

Let us not forget the basic freedoms that this country has fought so

hard to keep in the past. For the first time in history, we have

been attacked on our own homeland. Let's not panic or cower to these

heathens that gave no warning, but that went after civilians in the

work place. And the ones that spent their last moments on those

airplanes in absolute terror.

I believe this was inevidable, with the mideast unrest. In the past

in our efforts to stay out of war, I believe these third world countries

took our efforts to be weakness. Being a mother of a son in the military

it scares me to death that we are about to declare war, but I also know,

that we need men like my son, to defend our homeland, so our children

can grow up safe and free. I for one, do not want to cower in my home,

with foreign military running through my streets.

I offer prayers to those who have lost people in the attack on September

11, 2001. I offer prayers for the souls of those who were senselessly

murdered. I offer prayers to those who are going to fight for our freedoms

and I offer prayers for the families that are touched by this attack in

so many ways.

Our lives have been changed, and it has been changed forever. I just didn't

really believe, that I'd live to see the day, when the acts of war would

actually touch this soil.

May God Be With Us........
