If you didn't screw up, Lara should scream.

Lara will say 'nope' if you did it right.

While playing, quickly press L2(5x), R2, L2(3x), R2, L2, R2, L2(2x), R2, L2(2x), R2, L2(2x).
If you did it right, Lara will say "Ahhhh". This will give you access to the secret level.
F U L L H E A L T H
While playing, quickly press R2(2x), L2, R2, L2(6x), R2, L2(3x), R2, L2(5x).
If you entered the code correctly, Lara will say "Ahhhh".
R A C E T R A C K K E Y
While playing in Lara's home, quickly press R2, L2(3x), R2, L2(6x), R2, L2(5x), R2, L2(2x).
If you entered the code correctly, Lara will say "Nope". You can now enter the racetrack.
