Dianthe Ginata
Name: Dianthe Ginata, (Dee-AHN-theh JI-nah-tah)
Crystal: It’s blue with traces of purple which later
becomes part of her bo. It also used to belong to Zelda. (which reminds me, the Crystals of the dead CFs can be brought back by new
CFs *hint**hint*...for a time the Crystals are just lost until new
people are found to take the Crystals...)
Species: Evolved from plants, hence the greenish
skin. She can still collect sun-energy, but that’s not normally her
main source of food. She’s surpringly fairly humanoid (just ‘cause I
can’t yet make a nonhumanoid character hehe ^^;; Guess I need some
help from G in that department hehehe (: ). She has
small “herbavore” (sp?) teeth which she uses to..well..eat dirt
basically progbably to the disconcertion of some of the others
hehe. Hey, it’s nuitritious!
Eyes: Medium Blue
Hair: Darkened brown
Skin: Green (yai, yai, cliche I know ;p )
Gender: Female
Ocupation: Priestess
Paraphernalia: She has what UA would call a bo, she has her
people’s own name for it however (Kiav). It has a purplish wrapping
a couple inches long near each end so it can easily be handheld. It
is normally used in ceremonies and tributes to the Immortals, she
*is* a priestess after all. For certian rituals, it is neccesary for
a sharp knife-like object to appear at each end which is accomplished
by mechanical, not mystical, means. She also, like all of the upper
preistesses, sports the ‘holy twine,’ in other words, two braids on
each side of her head.
Clothing: She wears the robes of an upper priestess of Isalla
in prayer, especially high ceremonies. The top part is deep blue the
phases of the moon in purple along the neckline. The sleeves are
loose with an almost “puffy” look. The ends of the sleeves are
drawn tightly to her wrists by what looks like a string of purple
beads, these are attached to the fabric at the sleeve end and are
strung with a yeilding string. The upper part, a few inches about
her waist, splits into an overskirt. Underneath is a light blue
skirt that touches the floor. At the bottom of it are three small
sections of lighter blue to symbolise that though she specifically
worships Isalla, she also bows to all three of the ruling
Immortals of her land. (hehe I wouldn’t be able to be so specific,
but I already drew this picture the next I have a
one-minute-waiting-for-the-pizza-hut-pizza-to-come-in-a-restraurant-
somewhere-in-ohio- sketch of, but that’s it as yet **LOL I *had* to
leave that in there just 'cause it's so silly actually, both
pictures are done, obviously.) For more practical wear, also in
priestess colors, she tends to use pants. This is over laid by what
look like two skirts (or dresses as they start at her next) though in
truth it is only one with a small piece of the other attached to it,
for those warmer days of the Hot Season. Over her shoulders is
pretty much a round piece of fabric with a hole in the middle. It
works at both sleeves and the top of her dress. Sounds really weird,
ne? well, trust me, the picture looks better Also, um flat
shoes I dunno ::shrugs::
Powers: Besides her call to her goddess Isalla....we’ll just have to wait and see....
Skills: er. she can pray...
Height: Around 5’-5’2
Weight: No idea, I guess whatever is average for that height ::shrugs::
Age: 28
Home: Planet of Be’jin in an obscure shrine.
Personality: Very devout, at times emotional.
History: So far as anyone knows, she was orphaned at birth and
brought up in a shrine...how true that is...is debatable....
However, it is certian that 10 years of her life were spent in
intense training to become one of the High Priestesses, again, or so
people thought. After that, she retreated to her own private
sanctuary, a sight of pilgramedge that none but the priests visit,
and rarely. She has determined to make this alter, and small
offering house, her home so that she might be closer to Isalla. She
spends most of her time outside among Be’jin’s own life. (Be’jin not
only being the planet’s name, but that of one from the Triad of
Gods. He is the power of life, beginings, health, harvest, and
fertility. Isalla, on the other hand, is their moon and she
symbolizes change, mystery, destiny, travel, and other things. The
last is neither a god or goddess specifically, sometimes refered to
as both or just neutral. That is Durv of the sun. Durv is death,
end, time, and loss.) She also spends time on the rocky mountian
which recieves the crashing tides of the ocean, governed by Isalla of
course. She never knew much about the outside world and was always
content with the spiritual side of things. Now, that is about to
change.
