Outstanding Performances

Lee's Matt Brado swim the 200 yard Freestyle in 1:49.74 qualifying him for both the Northern Region and State Swimming Championshipsnext February. Brado, a junior, later won the 100 yard Backstroke event and swam the opening leg of the 200 yard Freestyle Relay in 21.9. Sophomore Justin Betts won the 200 yard Individual Medley and the 100 yard Butterfly, while senior Ethan Cohen won both the 50 and 100 yard Freestyles.

Fairfax freshman Paige Benedict won both the 50 yard Freestyle and 100 yard Butterfly, while her teammate Owsky won the 100 and 200 yard Freestyles. Outstanding "come from behind" final 200 and 400 yard Freestyle Reley legs by Benedict and Alllye Bryant moved Fairfax ahead of Lee's Girls team in point.
