Match held Friday, September 25, 1998 at Park View High School

Highlights
     After hours of defatigable work and endless determination, the varsity tennis team won its second match of the season defeating Park View, 8 - 1, in a Liberty District match up.
     The leading scorers of the match were seniors Kristen Walsh, Selome Kidane, Emily Azukas, and juniors Myriam Souya amd Richa Maheshwari.
     This victory broke the Lady Lancers 3-game losing streak.
     After termination of the match, extreme signs of exuberance were visible as the team celebrated its second victory. "We really needed this win, it will not only boost our spirit, but will give us more inspiration when we step on the courts next time," Maheshwari said.
