Betts lowered his 200 individual medley State qualifying time to 1:58.25 and win by more than a pool length. Mike Peterson swam his way back into the top five fastest Northern Virginia 200 freestyle times with a 1:48.25 and just missed qualifying for States.     Madison senior Kevin Dunlap qualified for Northern Region Championship in the one-meter springboard diving event.     Both Madison and Lee men entered this evening meet riding unbeaten streaks and first place at stake. When the dust settled Madison had extending their winning streak to 30 straight dual meets. Lee in turn suffered itÕs first lost in 14 dual meets and is now 17 - 6 over the last four seasons. LeeÕs Cody Marshall and Ashley Young placed first and second in the one-meter springboard diving event.     Since joining the Liberty District five years ago, Madison women has won 28 and lost only two dual meets.
