ThumbTrack.
ThumbTrack hold the scroll box (thumb) for you,
And lets you scroll without the need to hold the
left mouse button pressed. Every time that you start dragging the scroll box
you can release the left mouse button and continue
your scrolling just by moving the mouse.
What's new in v1.2
The program trigger changed - from start dragging the mouse, to press and hold the left mouse button, then click your right mouse button, and you can release the left mouse button. Added Help to the icon pop menu. Added a command line parameter "noicon".
