Process of Elimination

The Koopalings had been called into the meeting room. "What's the meaning of this?" demanded Roy, pounding his fist on the table.

Roy's pound awoke the sleeping Wendy. "There is no point," she yawned. "That's why I'm catching up on my beauty sleep."

"You have a lot of catching up to do!" smirked Lemmy.

Wendy glared at him, but he couldn't see because her eyes were closed.

The door opened and Bowser, who looked very content, strolled into the room.

"Darn," moped Iggy. "I hoped he wouldn't show up."

"Don't worry kids!" Bowser smiled. "This will be short and sweet. You see, some one stole my gold bracelet, and-"

"It wasn't me!" insisted Larry. "I was... in my garden. Yeah!"

"Quiet everyone!" Bowser put his hands in the air. "We have a theft, but not a mystery. I saw the thief."

"Aw, then why'd you call us here for?" muttered Susan. Then she caught herself. "I mean, go get that crook!"

"I thought it would be fun to play a game and see if you can figure out whodunit. The winner gets to decide on a punishment!"

"Excuse my interruption, but in the occurance of the guilty party guessing the answer correctly, or of turning themselves in, whom then would decide the severity of the consequences?" Ludwig inquired.

"Come now!" laughed Bowser. "You don't think the thief would guess himself, would you? He would hope that I made a mistake."

The Koopalings were all eager to decide a punishment, so they found some paper and awaited the clues.

"Ok," Bowser started. "It was not the Koopaling with the most number of letters in their name."

Morton was confused. "Oh your greatness! What if there is a tie, an indecision, an inconclusive conclusion, a-"

"No questions!" Bowser declared.

"Well I'm out!" Morton pouted. He tossed out his paper.

"Next clue," continued Bowser. "It wasn't my youngest Koopaling."

One Koopaling gave a sigh of relief.

"It better not have been me," muttered another Koopaling. A third Koopaling shot over a glare. "Uh, I mean, I know it wasn't me!"

"It wasn't a team effort," Bowser disclosed.

"That clue makes no sense!" snapped Wendy.

"It would if your cerebral cortex was in proper aplitude," replied Ludwig.

Wendy nodded and pretended to understand the clue.

"It wasn't the strongest of you," Bowser said.

No one had any trouble figuring out that clue.

"Ok, that's it!" Bowser stood up. "So, whodunit?"

"What?!" gasped Iggy. "You didn't give enough clues!"

"Yeah Pop!" Roy insisted. "What gives?"

"I've said enough," Bowser confirmed. "So who knows the answer?"

The Koopalings are confused, but you shouldn't be! Who stole Bowser's gold bracelet?
