LAURIE'S GONE COUNTRY PAGE

I guess you could say I have lived on the fringes of country music all my life. My parents listened to Ernest Tubb, Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline while I was listening to the Beatles and other rock and roll. I started to really get involved with Country about 3 years ago when I developed a passion for Line Dance. I joined a group called the Country Kickin Dance Club of Tidewater VA. I spend my Friday nights at Green Run Elem. School in Virginia Beach, VA. The Club is owned and run by Barry and Diane Marple and boasts a membership of over 1500 people. We have members of all ages..the youngest being under 2 and the oldest being 86. In the summer, we go to the farmers market on Saturday nights and dance under the stars listening to all our favorites and learning a new dance every week. New Country Eagle 97.3: I wake up with Jimmy Ray and Jay in the morning! They are the best morning team in the Tidewater Area..probably anywhere! This site has all the latest concerning concert information in the area.
Martina McBride: A wonderful web page dedicated to one of my favorite singers. Everything from biography to pictures to wavs. I really like this site.
