The day of July 1st, 1997 can never be forgot by any Chinese, overseas Chinese and anyone who respects China and Chinese people.

Hong Kong Telecom now is no more under British colonial rule but a counterpart of China Telecom in the special administrative area. Joint issue of memorial phone cards can be considered by card collectors as second to none celebration.

Somehow the designing is really second best, or even worse. From the front side, you see almost perfectly tailored pictures. But when you turn them around, disappointed may you feel, really disappointed. I can not be convinced that the designing of both sides is made by the same designer or the same team.
