boat !

The Captain and Dinner
Can't eat lobster all the time, so lately, we've gone for---
A little variety ---
A nice 4 pound fluke makes a nice dinner for two plus lunch tomrrow !
1-Clean and filet fish. 2-Coat with mixture of two parts mayo, two parts mustard, and one part sugar. Salt
and pepper to taste.
3- Broil 10 min. or until brown.
--Serve with rice or pasta, some veggies, fresh bread and a nice white wine.
