This is a wierd story. Scotty Riggs was asked to join the nest several times but refused. Raven beat him repeatedly, and repeatedly apolgized and asked Riggs again to join the flock. Finally on one match, Raven gave Riggs a toe-hold drop face first into a chair, severely injuring his eye. Which is why Riggs is wearing the eye patch. He went on to beat him senseless at World War 3, and then had Hammer carry him out of the arena. The next time we saw Riggs, he was a member of the nest.

Unfortently right now Riggs has become like a human jobbing machine. Biscoff has no idea what to do with his talent. Riggs has so much talent, if the flock ever gets a push, Riggs could become a star again.
