5 lg. heads iceberg lettuce, shredded
5 lg. onions, chopped
2 bunches celery, chopped
5 lg. green peppers, chopped
5 carrots, shredded
5 pkgs. frozen peas, uncooked, but shake off any ice particles
In order listed above, layer vegetables in a flat 24x35 in. pan.
Mix together 5 cups mayonnaise and 3 C. sour cream.
Spread over top of vegetables.
Sprinkle over top grated Parmesan cheese & bacon bits.
Refrigerate for 24 hrs. Serve as is, don't mix.
