This is where I hope I can add your memories,and love of our companions that loved us so unconditionally.

All they ever asked for was a warm place to sleep,a full bowl of food,and a loving touch.

They gave us so much more,than we gave them.

And when it was for our darling companions to leave us,we some times had to make a decision that broke our hearts.

They went willing with us,where ever we went,and trusting us no questions asked.

So,when it is time to make that decision,remember that out there some where,they still have a warm place to sleep,and Gods hand for a loving touch.

He left us one year ago today.

It was one of those heart breaking decisions.

Chip was a long haired Doxie.Troubled by that back problum they all have.

He became unable to walk,or stand,and I knew it was that time.

He,was my darling little red dog.

His Daddy and I loved him dearly.

But,we knew he was in pain,so went we let him go home.

I held him in my arms,while he went to sleep.Lookng at me with such trusting eyes.

Oh,how I hated my self.

Yes,we have other darlings here at home,but none will take his place in my heart.

So,sweet Chip,I say to you.

Sleep sweet baby,there in heaven.No more pain,and boundless fields to roam.

Some day,we will be together again,when its my turn to come home.
