Shalala....isn't that like an Irish stick? ....or one
of those catchy yuletide
carols....fa-la-la-la-la....
Yes, ....Fa-la-la-la-la. That, ironically, is the condition of modern American government, ....with so many sundry Reno's, Colorado's, Shalala's, and Sha-na-na's in figurehead roles, fronting for a de facto oligarchy drunk with licentious greed and military excess. As we approach the end of the second thousand years after Christ, can the story finally be told of the crime of the millennium? The story of the biggest swindle in the history of man? Though the crime of the millennium is not yet widely recognized, it is nothing less monumental than the destruction of United States Constitution–––literally the theft of the whole free world. In realistic and relative terms, the United States has been the light of liberty and freedom since its inception in a despotic and unjust world, so when the bankers stole the gold of the people of America, they effectively made off with control of the world's largest private accumulation of earned wealth. Sadly, most Americans don't know their own heritage, rights, duties, and constitution. If they did, they wouldn't put up with greedy governments and suffer unruly police and aggressive armies, all effectively conspiring, and largely succeeding in the complete enslavement of mankind. Sad that most people don't know that the constitution guarantees that government cannot borrow unbacked paper money from private bankers to spend on self-serving corporate and military activities....and then slip the bill under your back door. It's sad that people don't realize that the constitution guarantees that governments cannot carry on their functions without the consent of the people. It's also very sad that most people don't realize that the Bill of Rights affirms an armed and vigilant populace so that governments might listen to populations with all due respect and attention. It's sad that people are deathly afraid of violent gangs and hooligans in the streets, police not excluded, ....and that many favor cowering in helplessness–––and restricting the ownership of weapons by law abiding citizens to boot. Here is incontrovertible proof of the efficacy of government schools. It's sad that people dread and avoid their duties as judges when called for jury duty. It's truly sad that people don't understand the underlying basis of English common law which provides for the twelve-fold power of citizen judges in every criminal proceeding, which exceeds even the power of the presiding government judge. Doesn't anyone remember the Magna Carta any more? Hello? A testament to ignorance, people are constantly heard to ask about law courts, "...How can that sort of thing happen, anyway?" Shalala? She's in the headlines reportedly trying to restrict faxes, e-mails, and generally all communications concerning some government malfeasance or other, blithely trashing the 1st amendment as she goes. So, ....what else is new?
