It's here! Tickle Me Elmer, the frog! Available only in Canada, as far as I know. I found this one at the Station Mall in Saulte Ste. Marie, Ontario. I figure if you could buy it in the U.S. the company that makes it would get sued because it sounds just a tad like Elmo.
