:^D About my ECA --- Gymnastics in NYGH


If you didn't know what my ECA is, now you know. Well, basically Gymnastics is possible for every one, regardless of your height or weight. But most gymnasts have long legs and short torsos. For us, training is three times a week, about 3 hours each. As the school does not have its own gymnazium, we use the gym in TCHS(The Chinese High School), and not for free of course. The events we take include floor and beam exercise, vault, and trampoline. The Sec 2 gymnasts(including me) are divided into two groups:

-The 3 events(Floor and beam exercise, and vault)
-Trampoline

I am training for the 3 events, for C division. And we do not wear ordinary sweatshirts, but leotards during training. For competitions, we purchase similar long-sleeved leotards for ourselves. We are wearing the leotard "Volcano" for the competion this year. Last year, we got some high achievements(sorry I can't provide you the information right now). Our coach, Zhang Zhen, from China(Beijing, I think) is very experienced.
